Today I'm going to show you exactly how to automate your AI SEO with ChatGPT Workspace Agents. This is a new update that's just dropped from ChatGPT and I'm going to show you how to use ChatGPT Workspace Agents to rank number one on Google and AI search engines and automate your SEO using this new framework. So this is a brand new update. Let me show you, I've already set up an AI news SEO writer that works daily, researches on the internet, works on a schedule in the cloud 24-7 and can create and automate SEO content for me.

Let me show you exactly how it works. So you can see, for example, here we can say okay I've researched the latest AI news today and write the strongest SEO focused blog post on the best topic. It goes off, it creates a title, meta description, finds the content, actually researches everything that just dropped today and then creates an awesome blog post that is fully formatted and ready to go and then it can actually post directly to whatever website you prefer to post, right. So for example, if we have a look at the actual agent itself and the workflow, we have it connected to Google Drive but we could also connect this to Wix, we could connect this to HubSpot, we could connect this to Salesforce, wherever you actually publish your content.

Notion as well could be a good option. You can have memory over here and then you can see your previous blog posts here. Now bear in mind this runs in a schedule on the cloud, right, so this is just designed to work 24-7, right, as an AI agent in the cloud. Now one thing I want to tell you before we get straight into this is that it is free only on the business plan, if that makes sense.

So it's a free edition until May the 6th, you don't get charged extra for it but you have to sign up to the business plan to get access to this particular tool. It's not available for everyone and this is basically the next generation of custom GPTs. If you ever saw custom GPTs before, here's an example of what they look like. This is basically a newer version of custom GPTs and it's kind of like the next edition, right, the next update.

They actually came out and said, opening our own chat GPT, they came out and said that they're actually going to release a way to convert your existing custom GPTs into AI agents directly. So if you have custom GPTs set up for SEO, this should be awesome in the future for using AI. Now the other benefit of this is, number one, it's working in the cloud 24-7, number two, it's triggered on a schedule, right, so you can just link it to your apps and then it'll post and create content or do keyword research, whatever you want, directly, and number three, you can share it with your team. So if you have a team of SEOs, you know a lot of people watching this, for example, have agencies, a lot of people, for example, have a team of SEO content writers, so that sort of thing, well these are automatically shared with your team.

You have full admin access when you're setting these up and then your team can actually use them and you can see the history of them, right, which is quite cool because then you can quality control their work, you can make sure they've actually done what you've asked them to, and you can make sure they're using it in the way that it should be used. Now over here, when we're setting this up, here's how to set up a new agent, right, directly. So what you want to do is click on plus, create agent, right, and inside this section you're going to tell it exactly what you want. So for example, I can say every day publish a new article about OpenClaw, focus on a new keyword that you haven't previously covered, and then what I want you to do is publish that to Notion as a blog post.

So you're going to research keywords or find related keywords, the unpublished content about before, then you're going to create the actual SEO content for my blog, and then you're going to take that SEO content and publish it directly to Notion, and what that's going to do over here is it's going to take that content like so, and it's going to start publishing that and building out the AI agent, right, so you can see here it's beginning to design it. Now you can skip straight to the builder, but this will basically plan out the steps before it even creates the agent, which I think is super useful. Now they also have this academy that shows you how to build your own agents, right, so this is really useful too. There's a free academy called Workspace Agents on OpenAI's website, and you can learn how to really use this stuff.

Now again, you can see here that it's created the OpenClaw SEO publisher, so it's going to research new OpenClaw related keywords, write a fresh SEO blog each day, publish it directly to Notion. Again, you can swap out Notion for whatever you want. The only thing that I've not seen it connect to is to WordPress, which is kind of annoying, but I think what you could do instead is you could get the MCP server for WordPress, plug that into ChatGPT, and then ChatGPT can connect to your website on WordPress and publish for you, or you could give it the access token to Netlify, that's what I do with Cloud Code, and then it could publish directly to Netlify, right, and host websites on there. So it'll find the keywords, write SEO articles, publish blog posts, right.

We start building here, and now that's going to build the agent for us. So that's basically how we build this out, how we create them, etc. It's going to start, it's going to open up this section, but you don't need to touch this, right, this is going to fill out automatically. So it's not me doing this, right, it's the AI that's actually filling this out, and it's telling it to add the app, right, it's going to add some skills in the section, add the memory, etc.

And, you know, you might be wondering, okay, well, what are the real use cases for this? Why don't I just use my team, etc., right? Well, here's the thing, it needs to be a repeatable task, right, the same task comes up regularly. Content and SEO content itself is perfect for that, right.

It needs to be structured, so there must be a clear format for the output, right, so you can tell if the agent is doing a good job. So if it's a nicely formatted blog, SEO optimized, that's a really good goal for an AI agent. So you can see how this fits perfectly into content creation, and particularly AI SEO content creation, right. Now also, for example, time-based or event-driven, so it should run on a cadence or is triggered by an event.

So what do we do every day in SEO, right, we're creating new blog posts. We might create multiple new blog posts, right. So, for example, here we could set up a more regular schedule if we wanted to as well, and then you can see here it's writing the instructions. So if we just come for an update, it's writing the instructions, so we can come back to that in a second.

I'll actually, I'll leave that open over here, and then tool-based as well, right. So it requires reading or writing to systems your team uses, aka Google Drive, Notion, spreadsheets, etc., where you store your SEO data. Perfect for that, right. So if it runs on a schedule, it's repeatable, time-based, and tool-based, this is perfect, and that's what SEO is for.

Now you can see over here that it's written on the instructions. You can edit the instructions whenever you need to. You just click inside, and you can edit this out, and this will give you like a first draft. It's not going to be very personalized to you, so if you want it to give, have like more context on you, add files to the memory, and then also give you examples of blog posts you've written previously, and then also inside here, I would tell it exactly who you are, what you do, what your business is, how you like to write, examples, writing, etc., right, and that's how you do it.

And then over here it recommends connecting to Notion. So we need to connect to Notion. Let's do that over here. You can see we can just reference memories and chats, which is great.

We'll click on connect to Notion, and you can see how easy it is to connect to an app, right. It's just like click a button, boom, shakalaka, we're good to go.
