What if your website went from 0 to over 27,000 clicks without you writing a single article? That's what today is about. Claude AI ran a 90-day SEO roadmap across five of my websites and today you're getting the whole system. The exact system, the real search console, examples and the parts that failed because some parts absolutely did fail.
And by the end of this you'll know exactly how to set this up for your own website step by step and stick around for the middle because there's one small file at the heart of this, about 13 steps long, that does more work than everything else combined. And once you see it, the whole thing clicks. Let's get into it. So let me show you some examples of the five websites that we created.
Here's example one. This is the one that actually went from 0 to 325 clicks at its peak and it continues to grow over time which is pretty nice too. Also received 27,000 clicks from AI SEO which is amazing and I didn't log into this website, didn't create any of the content, we just used Claude to automate it. Here's another example so you can see the trajectory of this website.
Here's another one that followed the same sort of pattern. That is number three. And then we have this website as well following a similar trajectory but honestly a little bit slower than the rest. And then we have another one which is absolutely flying and again running through the same sort of pattern.
So this process is beginning to work really really well. We've repeated it over and over again for five different websites and the impressions and the clicks for each of these websites plus the traffic is going up nicely. So with that let me talk you through exactly how it works step by step. So here's the system behind all of it.
I call it the five site fly through because the diagram as you can see right here basically links together. All these five sites are helping each other rank and a flywheel is a heavy wheel that's hard to get moving but every push adds to the last one and eventually it spins on its own. And that's exactly what the system is. One keyword and one real case study go in.
Claude writes five different articles, different titles, different angles, different examples. They go out across five different websites the same day. Every article links to each other where relevant and Google gets pinged the same hour so it comes and looks straight away. And here's the flywheel bit.
Every article creates fresh impression data and that data reveals new keywords and those keywords feed the next spins. Each push makes the next easier and the great thing about this is you can just plug these keywords into Claude, into your agentic operating system and then from there it can actually create the content based on your keywords, based on your examples and it creates fresh content. Plus I'll show you later how to quality control this stuff so you can get good results like I do. But basically more posts equals more impressions, more keywords, better targets, more traffic.
Now if we compare that to how most people do SEO the gap is all points. The old way is like one website, one article a day maximum. If you're quick getting and guessing keywords from some tool that shows everyone the same keywords and the same numbers then waiting weeks, if not months, if not years for Google to maybe notice. And then for example for link building most people never start or even try or they don't even know what link building is.
And the new way is that you have five sites, five unique articles per keyword. Keywords pulled in from your own search console data automatically which are basically signals that nobody else can see, only you. And then also we get this content indexed within about 24 hours using index exceptional and an API with that. Plus we have two cloud accounts that actually run it all.
So one's on my laptop if I'm traveling or if I'm not at the office and another one is on my desktop. And it's like having a two-person team creating SEO content and that never sleeps essentially. So we've got the same 24 hours a day but we've got completely different outputs. And also what we've done is we've plugged in a system into cloud so when we create content it's pretty easy to just use that skill, improve that skill, and rinse and repeat it over and over again.
Now if you want to indicate how does the 90-day roadmap work. So days 1 to 14 is the setup right, the roadmap itself. So the first two weeks are all about setup, you know you've got five small websites. We built them on Eleventy and put them live on Netlify.
And if those names mean nothing to you don't worry it literally means nothing to me as well. Like I just got Claude set up for me. But basically we host this content on Netlify and then as you can see right here we can create the content. So it's just like a fast way to build simple websites without WordPress, without plugins, without logging in.
And the great thing about that is is that I can't even log into these websites which means that I stay super focused on what I want to do and I don't get distracted logging into a website that slows me down, gets me distracted, has loads of plugin updates like WordPress normally does and just totally distracts me. I don't want that. I want my agents to just hand everything over and just get my agents to handle everything in the background. Now from here every site gets connected to Google Search Console which is Google's free tool that shows you every keyword your site appears for.
And after that you're going to use the most important thing which is the skill. But let me talk you through the system for Google Search Console first. So when you're using Google Search Console you can get what's called a Google Cloud Workspace API and you can give access to your AI agents so that they can pull in the data from your Google Workspace API. So for example if we go to my Gentic operating system, we go to the SEO section here, we can go to the research tab and then we can search and we can run the research over the last 28 days for this particular website or for all of our sites combined.
That means that we're getting unique relevant data that's never been seen before and it's plugged straight into our AI agents so we can find that data for us. So that is the setup. Netlify, plug in the keyword data from Google Search Console, start creating content. Now this also brings me on to the 13-step skill.
So some people want to say how do you quality control this stuff, how do you make sure your content is actually good, how do you make sure that actually lasts long term. And Google isn't against AI content, it's against bad AI content which is what we try and avoid. So this is a set of written instructions Claude follows every single time it writes. 13 steps, real case studies as the source of the truth, so every fact comes from something that actually happened.
So I actually plug in my own experience and my own expertise into this system. Five unique articles per keyword and titles are under 60 characters as well written to the click. We actually add schema so Google understands the page but at some point that might just go away because right now it's becoming less and less important. We also insert a relevant case study near the top of the page and we have a clear call to action on every page.
We also have an indexing trigger. So this is a self-improving loop so the file gets sharper the more it runs. Now here's why this whole system matters. When we're creating content here anyone can ask an AI to write a blog post once.
The skill file means article number 400 follows every rule as perfectly as article number one and you know me and you we're going to forget the rules every time. That's what happens with humans but our AI can handle it for us and also you can see here that we've mapped out every single possible thing the AI would want to know and every single possible headline or for example rule that the AI should follow including a self-improvement loop at the end to make it as powerful as it possibly can be. Now let's talk about days 15 to 45 and this is a 90-day plan so this is really the cadence. From day 15 it's all about rhythm.
One keyword a day, five articles a day, every day. You can do more if you want to but this is the system that I plug in and so what we do is we actually take real topics. So for example it could be like how to use Hermes agent, how to use Odolama, whatever is relevant to you in your niche. I just give you examples of what I'm ranking for right now and each one went out to all five domains the same day and got indexed the same day as well and around week three something lovely happens.
So your search console stops being empty and starts handing you traffic. So after a few weeks you're going to start seeing data inside your Google search console and so what this means for example if we look at this keyword AI SEO course the data showed 650 impressions, position 21, zero clicks. Google was already showing the site for that search but there was no proper page for it. That's a gap.
Google was basically saying give me a real page and I'll rank it. The second is for example Hermes workspace. If you have a look at this over 14,000 impressions, position eight but less than one percent of people clicked. That's a leak.
The page ranks fine, the title or the topic or the search intent is just not good enough. So we need to improve it and that's a totally different fix. In that situation you would actually rewrite the page, the content, improve it and make it better than it previously was. So your own data tells you which one you're in, which situation and what action is required.
So basically this whole system helps you find your next targets for keywords. You can find what's potentially going to rank but isn't now and let's find something that's close but we just need to create content for it. Also the way this system works is like we can easily deploy to our websites as you can see right here and then also when we're creating the content we can have teams of agents working on a Kanban board and the great thing about that is that we can create content, we can publish it, we can have SEO quality controlling agents across our Kanban board and we can use something like Hermes or Claude to do that for us. Now quick pause if you're thinking this sounds great but setting up a loan sounds like a lot, that's exactly what the AI Profitable Boarding is for.
The actual 13 step Claude SEO skill file is in there ready to use and so is the AgentOS with the whole SEO tab built in. So you get the search console research tab that finds your gaps and leaks automatically. You get the keyword scoreboard and the same day indexing pipeline. There's a 30 day roadmap for building your own five site flywheel, daily tutorials and four coaching calls every week where you can ask your questions about your website or your exact keywords.
There's over 3,700 business owners inside, plenty of them running these sort of systems and some have never touched AI before joining. Link in the comments description or just go to the AIprofitboard.com to get access. Now let's talk about the flat months. So if you look at website number two, this sat from like January to April totally flat.
You know we were publishing constantly, we were getting like 30 to 60 clicks a week. If you've ever tried SEO you probably know how that feels. You publish, you publish and the chart does nothing and every week there's a little voice asking you why you're even bothering with this. And then you can see it actually flew straight up, so it went from 81 to 293 clicks a week to 405 clicks per week.
So why does this happen? Well new sites tend to sit flat for months whilst Google learns to trust them, completely normal. And it's precisely where most people give up. So 10 posts in, nothing back, walk away, but the ones who quit never find out the curve was three weeks ahead of them.
And here's what changes when Claude runs it, the flat months don't even matter. Like it literally doesn't matter if you have a flat month or a sandbox period, because the system is publishing daily whether the chart moves or not. It's not like you're working until midnight trying to get those articles out. So the system is running in the background, very low effort, but at the same time when it does take off you can see it absolutely pops off like this.
Now let me walk you through exactly what failed. We actually tried to get Hermes to do outreach for us. That went pretty badly at first, simply because it was looking at the wrong websites or for example it's reaching out to unverified people. Not great, but it's okay.
We just improved the system, started using Hunter API inside our outreach tool and then it got a lot better. Fail number two, we actually ranked for a bunch of keywords that nobody clicks. A couple of examples right here. So you know you can rank for keywords that might get impressions, but if they're not getting clicks or traffic there's just absolutely point unless you're trying to rank inside the AI.
Number three, sometimes because we had five sites sometimes they'd be fighting over one keyword, which is kind of messy. So just be aware like sometimes your websites might be competing against each other, but that's better than you competing against your own competitors. And also we did test out like cheaper models, nowhere near as good as Claude. So Claude is goated for running this whole system.
He's really really good at writing, would definitely recommend. Now from about day 46 to 75, don't get me wrong, I would still create content but also focus on fixing not just publishing. So for example we actually optimized some of the content and we got four times the clicks just by improving the page with better CTAs or better schema or better internal links or for example removing some duplicate content. So that can make a huge difference.
You just re-optimize the content that you've already published. So at that point create content, continue creating content, but just start fixing some stuff as well. Now also at that point about day 76 to day 90, you'll start seeing some new services. So for example you can see that we're actually ranking inside AI search.
So if we have a look at this keyword for example, best AI school community, you can see us ranking inside here, which is great. And we're ranking inside the AI reviews with a new website that we just created. You'll also see us ranking right there and there as well. So we can rank multiple times inside AI search.
And so you might be saying, ah this process just works for Google, but what about AI? But as you can see right here, this system it works for getting you recommended inside AI and also inside Google. One of the reasons for that is because like several sites keep mentioning your brand next to your key terms, so the AI engines learn to connect you and then they start recommending you in your answers. And so the great thing about that is your five sites literally teach the AI who you are and that's a game that almost nobody is playing right now.
Now there's probably three thoughts that might be running through your head right now. So number one some people say like AI content, Google doesn't rank it, but we've got nearly 1,500 AI written posts across these websites and our traffic has grown exponentially since. So the system works really well and I didn't write any of this content myself. Some people are also going to say you know I need to be technical, but actually the skill file inside the system handles a lot of the technical stuff for you.
So for example it carries all the expertise and you only have to supply two things which is like a keyword, a couple of case studies about you and that sort of thing. So if you can describe your own work you can feed the system. The rest is quality controlled and technically optimized by the SEO skill that we've plugged into the system. And some people want to say 90 days too long, way too long to wait, but the 90 days are going to pass anyway right.
So you've got two options you set up the system or you don't, but either way the 90 days going to pass. So you might as well set up the system because it's very hands-off and it just runs in the background without you. So just to recap on the whole flywheel in one breath. Five small sites, one keyword and one example of all the content that we're creating.
I've shown you the examples from our Google search console, the articles were published. Bear in mind that they get published everywhere the same day, they're completely unique and they get indexed within a click because they go straight from our system to indexceptional. You can read your own search console, fill the gaps, fix the leaks, cut what ranks without clicks and merge what competes with itself as well. And then you know there's going to be some flat mumps.
If you're starting a new website it might be a little bit slow, that's okay. Just let the flat mumps run because the system doesn't really feel impatience right. The chart doesn't care about your doubts, it's just going to run in the background anyway. And that's how we got 27,000 clicks with AISEO without writing a single article.
Bear in mind that was just one website, but we've got multiple websites right here and now you've got a full step-by-step 90-day roadmap for implementing it yourself. So if you want the full system, it's inside the airprofit boardroom. If you want to build it yourself, totally fine. But the actual 13-step Claude SEO skill file, the AgentOS with the SEO research tab, wired to search console, the keyword scoreboard and same-day indexing system built in, plus the zip file, the 30-day roadmap for your own five-site flywheel, video tutorials and daily updates are inside the airprofit boardroom.
You get four coaching calls a week where you can actually bring your actual site and your keywords. Over 3,000 business owners inside, always someone online. Link in the comments description or just go to the airprofitboardroom.com. Or if you'd rather just have my team look at your website directly, feel free to book in a free SEO strategy session at goldie.agency.
One-to-one, you and my team can go through your site together, build a custom game plan for ranking on Google and getting recommended by AI search engines based on what's working for us. So here's where this leaves you now. The roadmaps, public. The screenshots, I've shown you.
The failures, I've explained all four of them. 90 days from today, you could start getting traffic or you could fall behind whilst one of your competitors implements this system. Feel free to check it out. See you in the next one.
