How I Ranked #1 in 7 Hours with Qwen 3.8 Max (FREE!)

Today, I'm going to show you how to rank number one in seven hours with AISO using Quen 3.8 Max just dropped. And the great thing about Quen 3.8 Max from Alibaba is that it is free to use, and I'll show you how in a second. So you can see that we are ranking number one for this particular article. Hermes v0.20 actually just dropped today, and we created this article fully automated with AISO, and it's already ranking number one for this keyword.

And what we've done over here, and I'll break down this page and why it's ranking so well, is number one, we've got a skill that basically automates the full optimization for the whole process step by step. And I'll show you exactly how that works in a second.

So essentially, we have this system inside our agent operating system, right? And you can plug Quen 3.8 Max into this. And when we're creating content, we basically plug in a keyword over here, and then we add a case study. So, for example, if we have a look here, we can paste a new one in, or we can use an existing one if it's around a similar article.

So what we would do from here is, let's say we were trying to rank for this keyword, which we already are, but we can plug in the keyword over here, and then we would paste in a new case study. Now, the reason you want to add a case study is because you want to add your own experience into the content. That adds EEAT and optimizes it. And also the great thing about that is that when you're creating content, you're creating something new that the AI can't generate.

So that's why we're ranking above the Google AI overviews over here, because when we're generating the content, we're creating something new. We're creating information gain, and that is another key ranking factor, particularly in 2026, when it's so easy to generate content. Now, when we're generating the content, to get the case study, I'll show you an example. So this is my case study right here on Permise v0.20, which is what we're ranking for.

And so we can take the case study like so. We would grab that information, and then we're going to go over to the agentic operating system and paste this in. Now, you could do this manually if you want to keep it 100% free and you don't want to pay for an API. So you could just go into QEM 3.8 Max like this.

Again, it's a lot more manuals, a lot more time consuming. Then we can plug in the keyword as well. So we can put keyword equals. And then we've got the full case study below it.

So you can do this either on the agentic OS or directly in QEM. And then from here, what we need is a skill to basically train the AI on exactly how to create content in our brand, in our voice, and so that it's personalized to us with CTAs throughout the page. And the reason that I use five different websites is like sometimes this website will rank really well. But then if we look at another keyword like this one, for example, you can see that we have a different website ranking for that keyword.

And so if we publish across five different websites, we get five different opportunities to rank, which means that we're much more likely to rank in general. Now, we have a skill plugged into this system that basically allows us to fully automate the content so that it has all of these different rules for each stage of the optimization process. And the great thing about this is a human could never really follow this process. It's just too time consuming.

They would literally spend a whole week trying to write it, whereas we can create this content in one click. And then as you saw before, we were already ranking within seven hours. So step by step, it shows the AI exactly how to utilize the keyword, how to add case studies, how to format the page, how to make sure that it writes the right type of articles and titles and descriptions in exactly the way we want it. So this is something we've tested for quite a long time now. We've been testing on this website since November last year, and you can see the trajectory of the website and how it's grown over time. So it ranks really quickly. And also, it's performed very well consistently across all of our websites on months of testing.

So, for example, this website was at zero clicks a day back in September. It's just hit a record high today, 105 clicks per day. The same for this website. This website has a really nice trajectory, too.

And these websites are all starting from scratch, starting from zero. So, you know, you might say, oh, that's great for you, Julian. You have your own websites already established. But these websites started from zero.

They started from nothing. Also, you might say, well, this only works for big brands. But you can see, for example, this website is not a big brand at all. It's just a website with an exact match domain.

And it went from zero to hundreds of clicks per month with the system. I mean, this one is getting 224 clicks per day using the system. And not only that, but it's growing over time. And it ranks consistently and quickly.

So, it's a really powerful system. You can use it with Quen directly. You can also use it with the API as well. It's also written multiple different articles, article one, article two, etc. And the great thing about this is you don't even have to rank on your own website. So, for example, we often create content on LinkedIn or, for example, Reddit, and that ranks really well as well. So, if we have a look at this keyword, for example, yes, we're ranking number one here, here, and here.

And yes, we're ranking with our website as well. But look at this, we're also ranking with Reddit directly, which means that we can take up multiple slots on the first page of Google. Which means that we influence the actual AI overviews because it's looking at the first 10 results from Google, so that we're much more likely to rank. And this can also help us rank inside ChatGPT and other platforms too.

Pretty easy, simple system that's easy to use, intuitive, and also ranks over time and is great for websites, but also for ranking with social media too.
