This AI SEO Agent OS is INSANE (FREE!)

Your SEO is about to get a whole lot more powerful because today I'm going to show you how to build your own AI SEO agent OS. And this is a seven-agent system that runs on one free dashboard and turns one keyword into a ranked blog post, video, social content, and automatic internal links, all without you touching it for free, the whole thing. And this isn't theory. This is something I've actually built myself as well.

I run this exact agent inside my own websites, and I'll show you proof of this actually working later today. And today you're going to see how you can build all your SEO agents into one amazing dashboard and having this run like an SEO machine. There's also one thing you absolutely must do before you wire up your first agent. Get this right, and the whole system clicks into place.

I'll show you exactly what it is in a minute. This is the SEO setup I wish I had two years ago. So let's get into it. So this is the system that we've set up with AI agents.

It's a really powerful content workflow. And you might be wondering, okay, why would you build this into your agent operating system? Why would you create all this sort of stuff? Well, the thing is, right, what I found previously is that ranking sites before with AI was very, very difficult because you had one tool for keyword research, separate writing tool, you might have content that goes into a Google Doc, then you publish manually, right?

So even if you create the content with Chachipiti or Claude, you still have to publish it manually. Then you have to edit it, format it beautifully, add the internal links, and each step lives in a different place, right? So for example, you might be using like Hermes agent or OpenClaude or Claude in one tab, then you've got WordPress in another tab, and nothing's really linked together inside a nice ecosystem, which is why we built this. The other thing that I would say here is that when you don't have your own custom operating system, when you don't have a system for doing SEO, then what I found was like nothing ever really ranked the way it was supposed to, right?

Because by the time I'd done all the steps, the content was generic or it didn't have much context or the keyword opportunity was gone or I just couldn't get the momentum flowing, right? There's a lot of friction to the process. And so what I actually wired in was multiple agents into an agent operating system that pulls them all together, right? And you can see an example here.

So we can generate a keyword with context, with memory, deploy them to our website, get them ranking, right? And it's all inside a beautiful UI. And then if I need to switch to Hermes to do something else, for example, like keyword research, it can do that, but it also does it with my context, right? It has memory.

And so the powerful thing about this is I can automate the keyword research. I can automate the deployment. I have it all in one place. It saves me a lot of time.

And also it's all optimized and ranking exactly how I want it. The workflow saves me time. And if you wanna indicate does this actually get results, you can see an example of a website that we've built here. And you can see the trajectory here as well, right?

It went from like zero clicks a day over here all the way up to 190 clicks from SEO right here. And here's another example of another website that we've done the same sort of system on, right? This was at zero clicks a day. Now it's getting like 67 clicks a day.

And also it's a trajectory. If you look at the trajectory of the website, it's improving all the time. So once you have a good system in place, you save time, you save energy, you make everything easier. And also everything's organized in a way that you actually want it and you actually get good results of it, like I've seen here.

The other cool thing about this is we can rank pretty quickly. So if we look at this keyword, for example, you can see us ranking over here with our content and another example over here. The other cool thing that I've seen about this is I've seen a lot of people build their own AI agents who had no knowledge of AI before and they've had awesome results like Guillaume here. And also, for example, Ryan as well, right?

There's just so many people getting awesome results with this stuff. David too. So people who've never used AI before can get massive wins with this stuff if you have the right process in place, which is what I'm gonna show you today. So I've shown you proof it works, shown you the system, shown you what we're gonna show you.

And also just bear in mind here, I recommend finishing this guide and setting up at least one AI agent today before you finish because the moment you make this transition your whole SEO workflow stops being a tool stack and starts being a system and it will save you a lot of time in the long run. So what are we doing here? Well, I've created a custom framework called the ranking engine. And so this is like seven agents that turn one keyword into SEO rankings across many different platforms, right?

And each agent has one job, each job feeds to the next. By the end of the pipeline, you've got content that ranks and a full workflow as you can see right here. So for example, we can have a keyword agent. That's what I've actually built into Hermes here.

And for example, if I say like based on my recent contacts, based on my memory, et cetera, what keywords should I try and rank for? It gives me very customized, very personalized keywords that are only relevant to me, right? That are perfect for me and my websites I want to rank. And that's how we get such good results and also how we save time with keyword research.

And this way as well, you don't need to use Ahrefs because you can just get Hermes to find relevant keywords for you. Now, the way that we set this up is we have Obsidian built into a beautiful knowledge graph like this, has all of my memories, all the systems, all the tools, all the information it needs about me, my business, who I am, et cetera. And that's all linked inside one beautiful framework as you can see. And all this is, is basically just markdown files that my AI agents write and organize together, right?

So organize it like this, for example. And then Hermes will use that information about me, my goals, my business, et cetera, to come up with relevant keywords. Once we've got the keyword, we can plug it into our SEO workflow over here. And we plug in the keyword and the case study that we want to rank with and click generate five articles, all unique, all different, et cetera.

And then they're deployed to my websites like you can see. And if we look at the actual content itself, perfectly optimized, perfectly formatted, better than I could do personally, written really nicely. And it's all unique to me, plus it's got internal links and everything handled, right? So we actually have an internal linking agent built into the workflow.

Now you might be wondering, okay, how do you get this set up? Because this is a question we actually have from David inside the Airprofit boardroom. He's like, there's so many different ways that we could create agents and workflows. What do you do?

Here's what I recommend. Just focus on one part of the process at once, right? So if you've got a long list of agents to build like this inside your SEO workflow and you're like, I want one for internal linking, I want one for keyword research, this week, just build out the internal linking agent, right? Or next week, just focus on the keyword research agent, right?

And actually I would start on the keyword research first because that way you don't overwhelm yourself, you learn the process, you take it one step at a time, and you enjoy the journey, right? Which is what it should be about. Now, if you're wondering, okay, how do you build like an amazing UI like this? We have the full zip file of my setup inside the Airprofit boardroom.

But if you want to build your own, you would just go into Hermes and say, hey, build me a beautiful UI for a keyword research tool and Hermes agent as a dashboard, right? It would be as simple as that. And then you would link the Obsidian Vault to your AI agent so it can pull in that context, right? So it can find relevant memories and information about you to create the content itself.

Now, what we also have, and this is really powerful for SEO too. So for example, if we type in this keyword, you can see it's ranking here and here. And also it recommends us inside the AI overview and also organically too, plus inside Google AI mode, right? For that keyword.

And so what we've actually done is create a video agent, right? And this is using something called hyperframes. And so you can generate videos in one single prompt that are really high quality. You can even add your own AI avatar.

And then also if you build out an agent operating system like this, you can store everything that you've created previously, which just helps you save time and keep things organized. So if we come back to David's example, where he's like, you know, help me out. I don't know how to get started with this. I've got a lot of ideas.

And this is a great question. You can build this into the ranking engine framework we've been talking you through, right? And so for example, the number one agent is a keyword agent, right? With the keyword research, you can build that into Hermes, add the memory, and then it can come up with keywords for you.

And then inside the chat, you can just say, okay, I'm going to come up with some ideas for keywords based on me, right? Or whatever your niche is. You just build it out step by step, right? And the thing here I would say is like, the move isn't to try and build everything at once.

You don't want to worry about building like seven agents in parallel from day one. Run them as a pipeline, right? So set up the keyword research. Once you're happy with that, then you can set up the competitor research system and you just build from there.

And so if we look at this whole system that's really neatly organized, the old way is you had loads of tools, you're using one writing tool, you're using Ahrefs, you're using SEMrush, you are manually creating each piece of content, waiting three to six months to see if it ranks. And also each piece of content that you create is basically starting from scratch because there's no memory system. And also you have to do all the internal links and publishing yourself. A lot of work, very manual.

Even if you're using AI to help you, not ideal, right? With the new way, you can have like seven agents in one dashboard. It's a free agent that you're using, which is Hermes with a free API, which can be like our alpha, for example. You've got the video agent built in, which is also free because you're using hyper frames, which is an open source skill.

You can deploy your websites automatically in the pages you create using, for example, I use Netlify, so I attach my personal access token from Netlify directly to the agent OS. And then also we have a skill system in place, which directs step-by-step to the agent how to create the content. And the great thing about that is when it actually creates the content, it has a checklist to make sure it's high quality, to make sure the links are attached, to make sure it's formatted, unique and interesting. And the result is that you have one dashboard as a system that saves you a lot of time and energy and friction.

Now, some people want to say, you know, AI doesn't work because of, sorry, SEO doesn't work because of AI reviews. But if we look at a keyword like this, you can see that we're ranking multiple times for that keyword across multiple platforms. And it's a very powerful system, as you can see. Really the ranking engine that we've built today is built specifically to win that game because you're creating unique, interesting content that's perfectly optimized, high quality and super useful.

Other people say, well, this is too much to manage or set up. Just build it one step at a time, right? For example, Brad, you can see that he's building out his agent operating system from the Air Profit Boarding, and he's getting awesome results. And so are all these people, right?

So take your time, don't overwhelm yourself. It's a system. It's not going to be perfect from day one. But once you have it set up, look how easy it is to use, right?

We just type in the keyword, we plug in the case study, and then we hit generate. That's it. And then we get five generated articles to five websites. Other people say, well, you know, free agent harnesses can't compete with paid SEO tools.

Actually, Hermes is more powerful, right? It's the most popular AI agent in the world. It's more autonomous than using something like Ahrefs, of course. And also because it's plugged into your Obsidian memory vault, it knows everything about you, right?

It's got more context and information that you can probably store yourself or remember yourself, right? And the thing I would say here is like, you don't need more SEO tools. You just need one ranking engine. And now you've had the blueprint today.

So what you've learned today is how to build this all out for free using Hermes agent. Hermes is free. The API you can plug in, for example, our alpha from our open router is free as well. You learned how to come up with relevant keywords specifically for you that actually rank because you've got the memory system.

And that also helps you stop writing generic content. You saved a lot of time because you now know how to automate a lot of the process instead of doing everything manually. You know how to build a video agent with Hermes plus hyperframes. And you learned how to build a system that improves every single time you use it instead of just starting from scratch and adding friction every time.
