Hermes Agent AI SEO: Autonomous Content + Video That Ranks (But Backlinks Still Decide Winners)The script explains how Hermes Agent automates SEO end-to-end—building an entire strategy (competitor gap analysis, keyword clusters, topical maps, internal linking, URL architecture, content calendars) and then creating, publishing, and deploying large site structures, with case studies showing traffic growth from near zero to hundreds or thousands of clicks per day. It highlights Hermes features like persistent goals, multi-agent swarms, Kanban workflows, and a self-improving learning loop. The video also covers Hyperframes integration to generate and publish videos from a single prompt, citing examples of videos ranking on Google within 18–19 hours and gaining multiple first-page placements across platforms. The key remaining constraint is backlinks: the script argues authority links are the main differentiator as AI floods Google with content, and promotes AI Profit Ballroom and goldie.agency for training, coaching, and strategy sessions.00:00 Hermes Changes SEO00:35 Proof With Case Studies01:53 Beyond Writing Posts02:24 Swarm Strategy Planning03:53 Persistent Goals Automation04:56 Building Full Websites05:35 Video SEO With Hyperframes06:33 Ranking Fast Everywhere08:29 Self Improving Content Engine09:44 The Backlinks Reality11:54 Why Authority Wins Now14:13 Workflow Tips And Offers15:21 Final Thanks And Outro

Hermes agent just changed SEO forever. So you could have a website ranking on Google, getting traffic every single day without writing a single word yourself. That means no content team, no editor, no video crew, no hours lost briefing freelancers to write for you. Just your site growing whilst you focus on everything else inside your business.
That's what Hermes AI SEO actually makes possible right now. And in this video, I'm gonna show you exactly why it works, what's changed, you still need to get right if you want to rank for the keywords to actually bring in customers. Let's get into it. So here's a few case studies.
You can see this website right here. It's growing from basically nothing all the way up to thousands of clicks per day. Here's another one, very similar chart, grew from nothing. And now the trajectory is absolutely amazing.
It's getting, you know, it's gone from like zero clicks a day all the way up to hundreds of clicks per day, which is pretty insane. Here's another one. So similar sort of chart again, you know, very basic traffic before Hermes came out. And then you can see here that it's beginning to get and grow in traffic massively.
Here's another site. I mean, this one is pretty wild. If you look at the chart here, it's like stagnated for a long time before we start using agents for SEO. And then boom, shakalaka, zero to 41 clicks a day.
And here's one more final case study. So this was literally a zero clicks a day. And then you can see here that it's growing up to a peak of like 30 clicks a day and that equals a thousand clicks a month. So the cool thing about this is I'm not writing the content, I'm not doing the keyword research, I'm not touching the publishing.
Hermes is handling all of it as an AI agent and the sites are growing faster than they ever did when I was running them manually, right? And here's what took me a while to understand. The reason this works isn't just because Hermes writes fast, it's because of what Hermes actually does underneath. And most people using it for SEO only use a fraction of what it can actually do.
So let me walk you through what's actually happening here. When most people think about AI and SEO, they could think about going into chat GPT and saying, you know, write me a blog post about SEO or whatever keyword you're trying to target. And they think about writing blog posts faster. That's it, prompting an article out, paste it into WordPress, done.
And that's useful, but it's nowhere near what's actually possible right now. I mean, Hermes doesn't just write. It thinks like an SEO strategist before it writes a single work. You could give it one prompt and it builds your entire SEO plan.
Here's an example of that with Hermes Workspace. So what we actually did here is we created a swarm of agents. We said, go off and build this website, plan it out, et cetera. And it built out the competitor gap, the content brief template, content calendar for 90 days, feature snippet analysis, internal linking, like every single element of a website.
And then it actually built it and created a 50 page website. Now, if you look at this, for example, you can see that it's formatted and created an amazing content calendar, targeted the keywords, the post title, the publish date, the word count, every single element of the SEO has been planned. And it's broken that down into like a full SEO website plan, which is super powerful and easy to do. So keyword clusters, pillar content structure, supporting pages, topical maps, internal linking rules, URL architecture, content velocity, even optimization for AI search engines like perplexity and Google AI mode, not just traditional Google.
All of that is mapped out automatically with Hermes agent and these agents swarms before any content gets created. And the depth of that strategy document genuinely surprised me the first time I saw it. It covers things a junior SEO hire would probably take weeks to put together. You know, for example, if we have a look at this competitor gap analysis, you know, it's literally looked at all of our competitors, planned out exactly what we need to do, then created a consolidated gap matrix and a recommended strategy in terms of the next steps, right?
It's a full plan. Not only that, but it actually found like featured snippet opportunities, technical SEO plans, category taxonomy, the whole thing, which was done in minutes. And from there, Hermes can actually go off and implement it. And this is where the autonomous site kicks in.
So what you can actually do is you can go into Hermes like so, and you could use something called persistent goals. For example, if we type in goal here, you can actually set up a goal that works as an autonomous loop and just goes off. So if you say, okay, rank this site, build out 90 days of content, publish one post every morning, Hermes will create a loop and it keeps working until the job is done. There's an AI judge that actually checks the output.
So if the goal hasn't been achieved, it just keeps going for 20 different turns. You can actually change that to 40 or 50 if you want. You can manually edit how many turns the Hermes agent gets before it finally stops. But that means no check-ins, no managing, no briefing.
You just come back and the work is done, right? And you can run a full swarm of Hermes agents at the same time, like I showed before. You'd have 12 of them in parallel working on a goal all toward the same mission or different missions for different websites. One doing keyword research, one writing content, one handling internal linking, one doing competitive analysis, one on technical SEO, all running simultaneously in the background whilst you're doing something else entirely.
I mean, one website that I own, Hermes actually built the entire 50-page content structure in a single session. You can see that on this website. So this is a 50-page website that we created and it was built with Hermes Kanban. So it created the pillar pages, the blog posts, the free tool pages.
Every single page is internally linked properly as well. Full blog posts, neatly formatted tables, et cetera. Every page set up, the whole thing live deployed. You can even connect it to Netlify or to WordPress if you wanted to deploy the whole website on a custom domain.
And you know, this would have taken a real team weeks to build out. They'd need briefings, revisions, check-ins, and a project manager on top. Hermes just runs. And now here's the part that most people haven't discovered yet.
And this is what genuinely changes the ranking picture. So Hermes agent can now also make videos. There's a free skill called HyperFrames. You can connect this with Hermes.
You can give it one prompt and then Hermes will write the script, generate the voiceover, build the animated slides, render a finished video file. And if you want an AI avatar on screen, you can just connect it to something like HeyGen with an API key and it will generate that too. And in the end, it looks realistic. It looks professional.
It looks ready to post with one prompt. Let me show an example of that. So if we go over to this video here, what we've actually done here is we've created a full avatar video using our video agent with step-by-step scenes. And you can do that all from your CLI, you know, all from Hermes agent.
And so it can generate like a pretty awesome looking video, super realistic, scripted, animated, looks good. And you can do that with HyperFrames, right? With one prompt. And the cool thing about this is like video content tends to rank faster than written content.
So I'll give you an example. This video was created 18 hours ago. It's already ranking on the first page of Google, right? We had a video rank number one on Google within 19 hours of posting it, right?
19 hours for a competitive keyword. And so when you post that video across YouTube, LinkedIn, Reddit, and X, it can rank multiple times on the first page for the same keyword as well, right? Here's an example. Here's an example, right?
You can see Substack, our website, LinkedIn, Reddit, another website that we own, et cetera. And so you can have one video with multiple placements all sending traffic back to your website. That's actually what we do with this subreddit here. And if we have a look over the past 30 days on the subreddit, we got 363,000 views in 30 days from that alone, right?
The other cool thing about this is like AI search engines are pulling in video content too. So as an example of that, you can see Google's AI mode pulls in videos, right? And it pulls it from multiple sources. So for example, our website, Reddit, et cetera, it's pretty powerful stuff.
And this is the same process for AI SEO, whether that's on publicity, Google AI mode, chat, GPT search, the same video ranking on traditional Google is also getting cited inside AI search results too. The same piece of content working across every surface people are searching on basically. And Hermes schedules this automatically too. So you can go into Hermes, set up a schedule task here, and you could say, okay, one video per day, fresh video, fresh keyword from the strategy that's already built, write the script, generate the video, publish it, and you wake up and there's a new video live every day, already starting to rank every morning.
Picture what the full content engine looks like when this is running properly, which is written posts going out daily, videos going out daily, both targeting the same sort of keywords, both internally linked to each other, both showing up across Google, across AI search engines simultaneously, and social media, all compounded together without you touching anything. Because Hermes is self-improving, it actually has a built-in learning loop, which means that it always gets better and it rewrites its skills to get better. Every time it runs, it's gonna analyze its own output, write down what it learned, and build a better skill for the next time. So the quality just gets stronger with every session.
You know, the first videos it makes is good, but the 30th is significantly better because it's been refining its own process every single run, right? I mean, in the same way that, for example, every time Hermes releases an update to itself, you know, v0.11, v0.12, et cetera, which have just come out over the last few weeks, every time it does that, it gets better and better too. By the way, if you want the full setup for this, the strategy, the workflows, the swarm configurations, the hyperframes, video process, step-by-step tutorials in every piece of this, and a 30-day roadmap to go from setup to a fully running content and video engine, it's all inside the Airprofit board, and we have daily tutorials walking you through every Hermes update as it drops, four coaching calls a week, where you can get live feedback on a specific site and setup. You can connect with 2,900 business owners inside here right now.
A lot of them are already ranking with Hermes and hyperframes across their own websites. Link in the comments description or go to the airprofitboard.com to get access to that. Now, here's the thing I wanna be straight with you about, because this is the part that actually separates the sites from growth, that grow fast from the ones that plateau. So if we have a look at this website and we pull it up on Ahrefs, like you can see, with everything Hermes can do, whether that's, you know, content, video, publishing, strategy optimization, et cetera, you'd think the whole process is sorted, right?
You think you'd be good to go. But that is not the full picture. You know, and I've watched this play out across my own websites, my client sites, too many times now, too often to ignore it, honestly. And I'll show you an example, right?
So you can have like two sites in the same niche, the same setup, same Hermes setup, same content quality. One will grow fast and one will barely move. And the difference every single time that I've seen is backlinks. Let me show you an example.
So this is a domain rating 55 website, as you can see, and the backlinks over time are increasing. Now, if you actually look at the graph here, you can see that the more backlinks we've created with that setup, the more the traffic is going up for this site, right? This is the same site on Ahrefs as it is on Google Search Console. And you can see that over time, the more we create backlinks, the more the traffic increases.
It's very linear. Now, to put that in perspective, you can see like this website basically has no backlinks and its traffic is very low, too, right? It's at zero traffic. So when you don't build backlinks to these websites that don't have any authority, if you want to indicate what is a backlink and why does it matter, a backlink is just a clickable text from one website to another, right?
And so the more backlinks you build from good authoritative websites, the more likely it is to rank. And bear in mind, like, if you can create all these websites, what's the biggest differentiator between them? Or it is backlinks, right? Because they're just genuine votes of authority from other websites to say that your content is good.
When, for example, a big newspaper links to my website, that's a sign of authority to say, ah, this guy's content is good, right? Otherwise that newspaper wouldn't have linked to them. And so these are kind of like votes to say that your content is good. And after everything AI has changed about content production, the sites ranking for competitive keywords, the ones with real search volume, the ones that actually bring in customers, they have authority, right?
They have real websites linking to them, websites that Google trusts, and that signal hasn't changed. Now, here's why that matters more than it ever did before. Every site can produce content daily with Hermes, right? Every site can produce daily videos with HyperFrames.
The content side of SEO is no longer what separates you from your competitors because your competitors can do the exact same thing. They're probably watching the same videos, right? Google can't ignore a real backlink from a real website that decided your content was worth pointing to. That's a trust signal.
So here's an example, right? You can see this article on Forbes.com is about SEO, and then we get a mention inside that content, right? And when websites like Forbes actually link out to us and say that we're the expert at what we do, it's a genuine signal of authority, right? It's super powerful.
And so Hermes can plan the link strategy. It can build a prospect list, Reddit communities, websites, PR directories, people it can reach out to. It can draft average emails, but the actual link building, the relationships with real website owners, the placements in real publications, the editorial links actually shift rankings, that takes real expertise, right? Real outreach, real knowledge of what Google was actually rewarding right now versus what looks like link building, but actually does nothing.
For me personally, I've been building backlinks for clients for years, and the gap between a site with a strong backlink and a site without them is not subtle at all. Great content with no links tends to plateau. But if you add a proper link campaign behind it, the same site starts climbing within weeks every single time, right? I mean, here's an example.
Here's another example. Here's another one. Here's another one. And here's one more, right?
And here's what makes this urgent right now, specifically, is because AI has flooded Google with content, right? Hundreds of sites in your niche are running content operations at scale. Some of them are running Hermes agents. Some of them are using OpenClaw.
Some of them are actually using stuff like Claude. The content volume across every niche has gone up dramatically. And what that means is Google is leaning even harder on authority signals to decide who ranks at the top. The sites have built strong backlink profiles over the last two years, whilst also running really good content operations are pulling further ahead.
And that gap is getting wider, not smaller. You know, and catching up requires both sides running. The content engine and the link building too. One without the other leaves results on the table.
So you really want to combine them together and just get them working together. The other thing that I'd recommend is that you can actually use Hermes Kanban boards. And basically this just makes your AI agents work in parallel together, right? And so it can solve all the messy stuff.
Like for example, one agent can do keyword research, one can do SEO, one can start drafting the outreach emails, and that just makes everything work nicer together as well. So if you want to get a full strategy on how to do this, feel free to get that inside the AI Profitable Boardroom. Link in the comments description or just go to the AIprofitableboardroom.com.
