How to Make Money with Parasite SEO & Google Ads! ft Jitendra Vaswani

Chitendra, how are you, sir? Good, man. It's good to be here on your podcast, to be very honest, Julian. Yeah, it's good to see you.

Thanks for being on. What sort of stuff are you working on in SEO right now? Right now, SEO is getting like a wild shift right now, like parasite SEO. I think for me, I would say like parasite SEO is still working very good for me, to be very honest.

We are testing some offers on dating, gambling, and it's going very well for us. I'm going to share more about all these strategies, like what's working in 2026. Yeah. Sounds good.

So you're working on dating and gambling niches right now. What's like your process? Right. Like the process will be, I will say like one of the, I think gambling side, like I've been to so many networking events.

You might have seen me, right? I've been a part of so many trade shows, right? So I have like so many gambling clients because I've been to like Sigma, all these conferences where they always are looking for backlinks. They want to get more traffic from Google itself.

So there's one website, HLTV.org. I think Charles Float also shared on X, right? HLTV.org, it is one of the biggest gambling site. And so a few of my clients, they want like articles, right?

For best casino sites in Malta, all these kinds of keywords, they want to rank me so very fast. They have a very deep pockets to be very honest, as you know, like gambling, like iGaming niche is one of the very profitable niches, like for Parasite SEO, to be very, very honest. So a few of my clients, I got them backlinks from these sites and a few of the dating clients, if you heard about this event, the European Summit, it happened in Czech Republic every year, right? There are so many adult and the dating companies are there.

And even one of my friend also is there. So we always go there. Like most of the time I'm going there and a few of my dating clients, they want me to rank for like all these AI girlfriends, AI wife, AI husband. So, you know, this is trending, right?

This is where the affiliate, so we promote one offer, you might know candy.ai, it is one of the trending offers. So we promote it through SEO, Parasite sites, like Hugging Face and so many other sites we use to rank for all these kind of like commercial and buying intent. This is interesting. I mean, just to stop you there.

So, I mean, number one, very interesting niches right there. So AI girlfriends, casino offers, all sorts of crazy stuff would be super competitive as well. Yes. When you're doing like SEO work for clients these days, are you mostly doing Parasite SEO or do you do SEO for their websites directly?

I think Parasite SEO for us and the PR like press release works very because if you like, if I go for the main niche site to rank, it's going to take me a lot of time and it requires a lot of backlinks. I need to put a lot of energy and nobody wants to rate these because of all these Google AI or like, like overviews, all these are coming up on the top of the Google. So I think it's getting very harder, like for all these kind of competitive niche sites, to be very honest, even I'm doing like, I do have a niche site right now. It's, it's open like sasultran.com.

So you can see that it is ranking for so many proxies, keywords like best proxies in Russia, best, best HC proxies, best, all these kind of proxy keywords is ranking on the like, like top of the Google still in the, like in the top 10 still. Yeah, that makes sense. That's interesting. I'm not really sure.

It's the first time I really thought about it, but like selling Parasite SEO instead of actually selling ranking websites, but that's probably the fastest way to rank a website now, isn't it? Or the fastest way to rank. Yeah. Yeah.

Because if you want to make a very like, like quick money, like I think Parasite SEO is, is working very well. So you have to analyze like what's working in that niche, like what kind of Parasite SEOs are working in that niche. So for gambling, I would say like all these like Presley site and HLTV.org that's, it's working well. And for like AI girlfriend dating and all hugging phase and so many other Parasite sites are there, which you can choose.

And all these clients, I go to all these, how do I get all these clients? I'm going to the events. I'm not saying they are outreaching me. I'm going to all these like events all the time.

As you know, I travel a lot. Next week I'm going to Barcelona affiliate takeover. So I will get all these clients. So like I will show them, like I work with these clients and I can rank you like very fast with Parasite SEO.

Yeah. Oh, that's cool. So most of your clients are coming from like networking events and just meeting people. Yes.

Yes. Like for me, like to be very honest Julian, my whole empire is out of networking event. Even I met you at the event only. Right.

So I've learned so many like great things from you in terms of health, like you're, you're very healthy guy, you know? So I've learned so many great things from you, like, like, like take care of your body. Well, eat good, eat clean food, take a lot of protein. So yeah, events are like, for me, it has changed my life to be very, very honest.

Like 2016, like Julian, I just want to share one story. I went to this affiliate Malaysia Bangkok. It is one of the, I think you might have known this event. I think you also been a part of these events.

So this is one of, one of, one of the like biggest affiliate shows and they did a first trade show in Bangkok. And I went there. I was, I saw the guy who was making money with bank, like the health offers, like, like neutra and all right. Weight loss offers.

And I saw his bank account. And from that moment, it changed my life. Or, you know, I got the like, Oh my God, these events are like super nice, super good, like super in depth. Like when you meet a lot of people, you get so much insights all the time.

So for me, networking events are the best and it's like the best way to get leads. Yeah. It makes sense. And just to put it in context for anyone listening, who's not familiar with you, you were previously like doing mostly affiliate, but on your own websites or, or buying websites and ranking them previously, right?

Yes. I bought few, few of my sites from so many of my friends who were into affiliate marketing niche and they want to sell their site. So in 2025, I did two acquisition and it's open, affiliatebooster.com and the SaaS ultra. So these sites are ranking pretty well in Google for proxies, keyword for coupon code, for reviews, for versus all these kinds of keywords, which we target.

And these are like high ticket affiliate programs. Yeah. Nice. Very well for me.

Like if someone is struggling not to manage these sites, I will like acquire them. I will give them some acquisition offer and they will be happy to sell. So two of these sites I acquired and it worked out very well. Like I made so much money with that.

Like, yeah. Yeah. Interesting. Because as well, like, I think you've probably gone from like ranking your own websites and Charles Float was saying this as well to focusing more on parasite SEO and like just revert engineering the SERPs from there.

Yes, for sure. That is what is working right now. Even for the niche sites right now, Julian, we are, we are buying some fresh domain. Like I'm like, I'm trying out some niches into SaaS and AI tools and I'm buying fresh domains and, and I'm just putting like every day, two to three pieces of content and these sites have started ranking.

Like I'm not saying I'm making money with affiliate, but I'm, I started making money from sponsor deals. Like example, like Julian, you have an AI tool for creating videos. Right. And my site like started getting rank and you saw my site for some keyword, then you will outreach me, Hey Jeet, I want you to mention my site in the best AI tools for video creation.

Then I will say, okay, I will charge $300. So this is like, we just launched these sites like two months ago and already we are almost like $500 to $800 a month with sponsored, like sponsored listing, because these clients, they want to show their like tool on the top one. Yeah, it makes sense. And it's working very well.

Like this is like easy money. Yeah. Like for us. And are you reaching out to those websites or they're reaching out to you?

Sometimes they are reaching out to me and I do have a PR manager who's doing the outreach all the time because that's where we are reaching them out on telegram, on email, wherever we can, then, then we make the deal happen all the time because we have so many like neat sites still. So it's, we are getting traffic. I would not say we're getting like tons of traffic. Like we used to get in 2023, right?

Like 2024, all this SEO update, but there's a decent amount of traffic and they are very happy with that. And, and they pay us like $300 for a sponsor reviews, $500 to mention them in the top one, even one of my proxy client, you know, I'm going to share the niche proxies. Proxies is one of the profitable niches because proxies and all these scrapping tools, because of all these AI consumption is getting increased, right? Day by day, right?

So proxies, scrapping, and browsers. So I think, and they didn't detect browsers. They are like, if you create niche sites around that, you're going to make a lot of money with that. So you'd recommend like, if you were picking a new niche in 2026, scraping, proxies, AI girlfriends.

Yes. Proxies, AI girlfriends. Yeah. Because that's where, because I'm, I'm, yes, for sure.

Because I've seen, because like Julian, all this knowledge I'm getting because I'm a part of group and we friends always share like what is working in this. And I'm, I'm grateful. Like I have these kind of like friends in my life, like to be very honest, it's all about like friends, like friends circle influence on my life. We always share.

Yeah. Have you seen many people in the industry change a lot since AI has come into play? Yes. Even I've changed.

Do you want me to share something on what we are doing with Google ads and, and Facebook ads? Okay. Because like recently I did a podcast with a guy from India, Rohit Ajwani. He's one of the guy who's, who's spending $10 million a month on Facebook ads.

He's one of the speakers at Affiliate World, right? He's one of the main, main speaker happening next week. So he's Spending on all these kinds of weight loss, drugs, hair loss products, all these kind of offers and he's promoting through Facebook, through Bing, through Google ads. Even I'm doing like Google ads heavily right now.

And, and we are promoting offers like education, SaaS, AI tools, proxies, and some of the like other offers like into like weight loss and it's going very well for us, like we are making almost like two X, like if you spend like 200, like $200 and we will make at least like 400. Like that's ROI into paid ads. So someone in 2021, like 2026, who wants to make extra more money, it will be like Google ads and like paid ads will be the best way to make a lot of money into a flip market. Interesting.

Yeah, it makes sense. So there's a big like arbitrage opportunity between, you know, how much you can get traffic for and how much you're actually paying for it. For sure. Because Julian from the 10 years I've been doing SEO, I already have the data, like which keywords for me in 2023, I was ranking, for example, like SEM rush coupon, SEM rush review, SEM rush versus all these kinds of keywords, which I was ranking in 2023, 2024.

So I already have the data. So now I know on what keywords I have to run ads, like Google ads, like Bing ads, X, Y, Z. So I started using all these kinds of data into my Google, like Google ads. And my two partners are the one who are doing great work behind the scenes.

So like doing the Google ads, Bing, everything, and it's going very well for us to be, that's why I'm going to all these kinds of like premium events where I'm meeting like seven, eight figure guys who are making, who are crushing into paid ads, to be very honest. Like weight loss is one of the like, like trending and it is evergreen and it's going to make you a lot of money because people are buying into all this trap, to be very honest. Yeah. So it's, it's very profitable niche, like even for us to everyday almost, I would say, like Julian, I would say like one to two K a day we are making with that.

Nice. Nice. So that's pretty good. Pretty good for, for ads for sure.

What sort of events are you going to? Events next week, I'm going to affiliate takeover. It's happening in Barcelona. After that, I'm going to affiliate summit East.

It's happening in the US. So these kinds of events where you will find the advertisers, like Julian, once you meet them face to face, you can negotiate the deal, like, Hey, I'm going to send you a hundred leads a month. I want this payout like bi-weekly example, right? Because when you meet all these kinds of advertisers face to face, you can make the deal happen like live.

So that's why I'm spending a lot of money into these events. So I can meet all these kind of people and, and get the best offers because all the guys from India, like who are like into top one person who are making so much money with affiliate, they are going to all these events and they are making so much money because then when they are meeting face to face, they're able to crack the deals. Yeah. Yeah.

Yeah. It makes sense. Makes sense for sure. And then also you're getting clients from the events too, not just meeting people for paid ads, right?

Yes. I'm getting so many like lines every time I go to the events, I make sure there's a huge ROI. So events because of events, I'm here to be very honest, I got so many like speaking opportunities just because of events. So all credits goes to event because I saved my money when I was starting out into this SEO.

So I made it, made money and I saved, then I invest into events because I want to learn from you. I want to learn from the best of the best in this industry so I can scale up my empire. Yeah. Yeah.

No, that's smart. That's smart. I've always respected that about you. Like you always learn from people, always very open-minded and then you always level up.

Yeah, for sure. That's why I'm, I'm meeting you all the time in Bangkok. I'm trying to get insight from you. Like, what are you doing into this AI, AI space now?

Because you have been in so many great things with the AI, like, like crazy. Like I've never seen someone like that who's very much aggressive with AI, like, I, I love your content. I love your content, man, to be very honest. Oh, thanks, man.

Thanks. Yeah, we actually, we just won the school games again for our AI Profit Boarding Community. Wow. That's crazy.

Like, that's insane, man. It's, it's all consistency. I think it's not easy to be very honest, but it's a lot of hard work you are, you are doing it because I've seen you in the cafes in Bangkok, you and your friend, you guys are always working. Like you wake up, I think four in the morning, five, I think.

Yeah, five. Like, for example, this morning, like 5am. Yeah. I sleep sometimes around like four in the morning and you just wake up at five.

I'm a night owl, to be very honest. Like a vampire, man. Yes, because my team is there because we are in like in the same house, we brainstorm. So I think it's very hard for me to sleep early, to be very honest.

So it's been 10 years, my schedule is the same. Do you know what though, like, it's really interesting because for me, for example, like I don't drink at all and I sleep, you know, really early. So when I actually go to these events, I miss out on so much. Whereas I can see why you would like events so much for getting clients, for building new connections, because you're the type that like, you know, you're good when you go out, you're good at meeting people, you're good at, for example, staying up late, which I'm very bad at.

And so like, I think the whole social side of it, I probably miss out on, but you probably get a lot out of. I think for you, it's good because you don't go out for drinking, you don't smoke. I think you're very clean, like you're taking care of your health at a very good level, to be very honest. Not many people can do it because you're making so much money, but you still, you control your desire for smoking, drinking, I think.

So you don't do it, right? As far as I know you, right? No, no, no, I don't do it. I haven't drunk for 12 years, which is unusual for English people as well.

Yeah, because most of the English people I see in Thailand, especially, they drink a lot, like to be very honest, and you don't, and you just, you just go to the bed at 8 or 9 p.m. I believe that, like, it's so good. So when, just getting back to the SEO stuff then, when you're, let's say, for example, someone's listening to this and like, you know what, maybe I should get into selling Parasite SEO to clients. How much do you typically charge for a placement like that?

Depends, like for the iGaming, they will easily pay you like 5 to 10k to get them on the, like a very high authority press release site, like something like HLTV or all these kind of Parasite site, which is trending in the market, 5 to 10k, so you can easily charge from the gambling client. And one of my clients who was into social media panel services, he paid me, like recently, like $2,000 and he wanted me to feature him on the news sites. Like he wants to get reviews on the news site because he wants to increase its brand search volume and he wants to get, because his service was new, right? And he wants all this kind of LLM feeding, right?

So he paid me like $2,000 and it's easy money, right? Even like for me, because I have an agency who's helping me out with all these press releases, news content, everything. So for me, I make a very good margin out of that, to be very honest. But these clients are easily, because now they want to, because they already see like Parasite SEO, like press release, like statistical articles.

That's where the SEO is going now in 2026. So I think they are happy to spend that much money, like to be very, iGaming is one of the like highest paying niche to be very honest, as compared to other niches. Yeah, that's interesting. I mean, like for sure, listicles as well right now, if you want to rank it, it's like listicles and then YouTube videos, they seem to be like the most overpowered systems.

Even for the YouTube videos, Julian, I'm sharing like first time in like in your like podcast, we are having some faceless channel now and like we are like trying out, we are buying some views, engagement, shares, subscribers, and we are seeing some engagement there. Like for three months we are trying and we got one sponsor, like one of the AI tool and they sponsored us. So we just like invested few thousand dollars and we made like almost like like break even now, almost. Nice, man.

Yeah, yeah. When, when we say on my main channel, like if we say our sponsor placement, it's usually like 5k for like one avatar video, which, you know, sometimes it costs like $25 to make a video. Right, right. It's, it's like a huge ROI.

Yeah, to be very honest, even like if you do faceless, YouTube SEO, like rank for all these kind of low competition keywords, because creating videos with Hey Jan, 11labs, Hixfield, like Google, all these tools like AI tools are available at your end. So you can easily create all these kind of channels and start making money because now I have a team for dedicated, like, okay, I want you to do this. I want you. So that's why I'm able to make like money from different, different sources, to be very honest, because if you only depend on, on the niche sites, it's not going to work in 2026, to be very honest, because Google is, is, is, is mad right now.

It's, it's don't know like what he's going to do next. And with all these like AI updates happening every single day. So you don't know like your site is going to rank on, on Google or not, like to be ready. So you should have a different source of traffic earning like for sure.

Yeah. I mean, and the reason I come back to this again is because like Charles was talking about similar things with Parasite. He was saying exactly the same thing. It's like, sometimes it's moving so fast now with the placements that like sometimes his old Parasite articles that were not ranking at all boost up.

And then his ones that are currently are just dropped completely. And it's like, you just don't know what's going to happen next. Yeah. So that's why you need to keep investing like into even some of my clients, they keep on buying press release articles for me every three months because they know like the old articles might go down.

Then you need to push again, like to, to, to buy all this kind of press release. So, so every three months, like few of my clients, they try to renew, they want like press release articles every three, three months. Like they need it because they, they, they want to stay, they, they want to get traction from AI overviews, from LLM. They have to do like press release every three to six months, like for sure.

And then when it comes to the press releases that like, basically you look at who's already. on Google across these newspaper websites and then go out to them and reach out to them, right? Yes, because I have a team for all these things and I think that's the best way to make very good money as an agency too, like to be very honest. So I think it's it's going very well for us now in that case because because the news sites earning can be good but as not good as it was in 2023 because like 2024 I was making so much good money with like my whole income was dependent on SEO but now I've divided my income into Parasite like I'm focusing more on Parasite on paid ads also so that's where you like you make sure like you're making money from every income source is available on the internet right now because you don't know what's going to happen in next week.

That's why we were omnipresent because you just don't know what's going to happen it's like okay we're going to post on Facebook, we're going to post on Instagram, we're going to post on LinkedIn and that helps you with SEO anyway but it's also like okay if one of those traffic channels goes down not a big deal we got a big email list we have the Twitter it doesn't really matter and so like it kind of especially the longer you play the game like the more often some things get clapped right. For sure that's why I go to the events and and learn from the experts like you like but even if I'm in Bangkok I will always meet you up so I want to get some like industry updates like what's going on man like tell me something new is happening in this so you will have some different insights Charles might have something different inside Matt will have something so you know everybody will have have their own insights like okay for me XYZ is working for me ABC so you always have different like insights all the time that's why next week I'm going to one of the biggest affiliate trade shows so I'm going to meet so many like people who are making eight nine figures with weight loss offers so it's it's crazy for me to meet them and and learn what they are doing yeah. And what are you using AI for day to day when it comes to all this? For me we have made in-house internal tool and we named it like WP autopilot because we have like 70 sites and every day we want to post like two to three articles on each need site so we have made internal autopilot tool and it's it's mostly for drafting editing the articles because they don't have to log into the all these sites like manually and from single dashboard they can post 100 articles a day or they can draft articles for the next week XYZ so they can do everything because my team is small because of all this AI is uh like happening we don't need a big team right now.

Mine is going to small over time. Because of AI because I want to save them because before 2023 I had a huge team of like writers editors I was paying so much money but now I have only one main uh like editor she's writing the content with the cloud she has made all the skills I mean I give her everything whatever she needs right so and she makes sure like the content is good and every two three months we will try to launch new needs sites and this WP autopilot tool for our in-house use and it's it's helping us a lot I think with AI I think it's it's like it's a boom for us even with my AI videos it's I'm getting some views and one video hit like 1.4 million views on my like Instagram so I'm getting some traction and two of the clients saw my video and they just like started working with me they want me to create their own AI avatar so I think AI is is all this AI things are happening right now it's I think it's helping us because we can show our clients like what is possible with AI even I think in the next two three years we are going to see a ASI I believe artificial super intelligence I believe like even Elon is like Elon Musk is saying like we don't have to work anymore I think humans will not be working anymore so I think you think that's coming next next couple of years two or three years yes for sure I believe because so you look at like Amazon is doing the massive lay layoffs and all these like big ID companies even in India they are doing the massive layoffs now so it's happening it's happening it's it's in front of you guys I think AI is going to yeah it's going to sorry the thing that shocked me the most and sort of really hit home was when I think I looked at Upwork shares last week down 85 85 this like the biggest jobs platform for freelancers on on the internet and it's down by 85 that tells you everything right yeah because we can automate so many things with AI even on your YouTube channel you have teached so many things how to automate xyz content seo blah blah so I think so many things can be done even I will give my team like hey I want to automate this so they will search on the internet and they will find out the best way which AI tool is good for automating xyz tasks and it's I think it's automation like if someone is not using AI at the company at at massive level I think they're going to lose what is as an example that's that we're using practically so at our seo agency our ops manager her goal is literally every single week she's letting people go to automate every single part of the the back end process and it's like it's not not in like a brutal way where we don't want people because we love the people that we have and and there's a lot and I have a lot of respect for everyone but it's like we're just at the point where you know for example particularly for building backlinks if you spend eight hours a day building automations you will automate every single part of the back end yeah yeah for sure like if you if you automate so many of your tasks I think it's it's ultimately like it's going to help you a lot to be very like to scale to the moon the guy I was talking about the example like 10 million a month he's spending on facebook ad he has automated so many of his stuff with AI because I went to his office I've seen like he's sitting with a clod every single day in the morning to get the to get the reports everything like inside one dashboard and that's why he's able to make that much money every day like you know because of AI automations yeah it's wild it's wild if you had the choice without going off topic too much would you continue working or would you you stop completely and just do paintings all day no I will be keep working like because I love this SU industry space it keeps on changing it's wild right now but I will keep working I will keep seeing like what other people are doing I will keep analyzing the SCRPs like what's working uh like in a yeah I'm going to work I'm going to analyze and I'm going to do like R&D competitor and like analysis all the time because that's what we do it like what's working in this niche right now I think the sites are working very well like fresh new sites like fresh domains are still working very good even the DR01 like I'm trying out and with some of the niches and it's we're getting some decent traffic and we got some like two three like sponsor deal out of that so I think it's going very well yeah same for us like I mean you know whether it's a new YouTube channel whether it's a new website like when you create it it can get traction pretty quickly now I think we're at the point where it doesn't matter how many subscribers you get like even for example some of my videos on this channel get more views than my other channel and I think it just doesn't matter like whether you have subscribers or not what matters is the content so I think content matters a lot even even my like I'm doing podcasts every day now like I'm doing like every month three to five I'm making it live on my channel and I'm getting two sponsor deal I was not expecting because I don't have a huge subscribers of views my views are almost like 2, 3k, 4k on my podcast and still I'm getting like two sponsor deals I got like I was happy like oh wow like somebody's valuing the content I don't have a huge reach still on YouTube but still they're happy to pay me in four figures for XYZ deal I was happy like so I think it's all about the content I think yeah for sure for sure so what's your what your plans like this year you got anything else that you want to launch or anything you're working on I think for for this year we are going to go very heavily into Parasite SEO as as long as it's working and we will heavily invest into into paid ads like Google Ads Facebook and Bing and have you tried Parasite SEO on social media as well as on these editorial websites like on Reddit or medium or yeah yes medium Reddit like personally for me it never worked for me because it's it's very hard because accounts get banned all the time it's it's have a lot of issues to be very honest for me for me I don't know like about others but LinkedIn and all is working do you know um do you know Vaibhav Vaibhav yes yes he's he's working on he's got a tool for Reddit actually you might be interested yeah I'm going to try it yeah he I know him well like the guy from autoblogging.ai is he's doing good so I will I'm going to try it out like if if it works for me but for me LinkedIn is working very well and I've told you for AI girlfriend like hugging hugging face like Parasite SEO so it's it's working well for us so we will find out because I get all this kind of I know you might be thinking like because I have a guy like who's making like $30,000 a month with AI girlfriend every month I'm just thinking about the title for this video oh my god no no no please don't make that I don't want people to be so that's what is working I'm just tried it out and it worked out for me because I'm seeing what other people are doing but it's it's working it's working like Parasite SEO it's it's still there yeah yeah for sure for sure no I mean for us like Reddit works really well LinkedIn works good X articles used to work but it doesn't work anymore so well and then videos videos in general like even shorts on on Instagram can rank very very well and very quickly that's worth testing out if you haven't tried even for this Instagram so I'm going to share about my SEO because I'm I creating multiple pages on Instagram and I'm editing my reels because I'm doing so much of like podcast content and I'm trying to edit all these reels in the into different kind of comment and some of these reels they started ranking on like SCRPs I was shocked like oh wow these reels are getting indexed for XYZ personal searching the name and my reel was indexed like Instagram reel. I was shocked like yeah it is shocking yeah yeah Instagram parasite SEO it's it's working well too like I've seen that I'm getting some traffic from there you know like I was happy oh wow yeah yeah it's very surprising it ranks really quickly same with Facebook we had Jesper Nissen on um and there is a trend of like a lot of people doing parasite SEO so he was recommending another website Ghost.
