There's a brand new update to Hermes Agent AI Swarms that helps you create and automate websites, and it completely changes how you build ranked websites and do SEO. Here's what this means for you. Instead of writing blog posts yourself or hiring a writer or spending hours on SEO, you now have a full team of AI agents working together, doing it for you 24-7. You have one agent that handles your strategy, one that writes your content, one that optimizes your search engines, one that publishes it, all running at the same time, all for free.
I'm actually gonna show you how I got 17 agents working together to build a full 50-page website that ranks and gets traffic, and I've already used this to take websites from zero to thousands of clicks a day, and I'll show you the case studies today. In this video, I'm gonna show you exactly how to set up your own Hermes AI SEO Swarm step-by-step so you can build a site, rank it, and convert that traffic. This is a simple, free setup with a powerful plugin that helps give your Hermes Agent AI SEO superpowers. Let's get into it.
Today, we're gonna be looking at Hermes Agent AI SEO Swarms and how to use them to build a website and also to basically improve that website so that you can convert whatever you get inside there as well. Let me show you an example of that. Maddy was asking inside this post you can see right here, how can we use agents for a travel block? The goal is really to convert the traffic into, for example, brand deals and stuff like that.
This is based on the custom automation requests that I take regularly, so feel free to post inside this thread right here in the AI Profit Boarding if you want me to build something for you too. But essentially, what we can do here is we can use Agent Swarms inside Hermes Workspace. Let me show you how this works. And we can use them to build out whatever we want.
So let me show you an example of this. So this is Hermes Workspace, which is an awesome project. It's like a free add-on for Hermes. And inside here, you also have something called Swarms.
Now, what Swarms allows you to do is command a team of AI agents so they can do whatever you want. Now, I've used this to build out full websites. And essentially, how this works is, let's say, for example, you wanted to create a travel blog, and then you also wanted to optimize it so that people reach out to you and you convert the traffic you get. So what you can do over here is you can describe that whole process.
So what you can say is you can use a prompt like this, as you can see. And you can say, okay, and you can customize this to whatever industry you're in. You just replace the gaps here. So you can say something like, you're an expert travel blogger and an SEO content strategist.
Your job is to build a complete conversion-focused blog strategy, right? And the blog is about blah, blah, blah. And then here's what you're gonna do, right? You're gonna build a full site structure.
You're gonna write the blog post, you're gonna optimize them, and then you're going to actually build the website. Let me show you how this works. And you can see inside the prompt, you're a team of AI agents working together. Your job is to build it.
The blog is about this, blah, blah, blah. And then you can actually say which agents you want to use inside here, right? So we can get that. We can go back into Hermes Workspace, describe the mission here.
So let's say, for example, it's about traveling in Thailand, something like that. We can plug that in and then route the mission here. Now, if this is slightly buggy, sometimes it is. The first time I set it up, it was quite buggy.
I actually used Claude to help me, but we'll see how this goes in a second, and we'll test it out. Now, you may also say, okay, does this actually work in practice? Let me show you some examples of websites I've built using a similar sort of process. So we actually have an agent that can take a keyword that we have that we want to target with AISEO, and then it publishes that content, like you can see right here, across multiple websites, optimizes it, adds in relevant content and case studies, and then uses that to convert it, right?
So we use the same sort of process, and then it deploys it to Netlify using our personal access token. So you can link it to WordPress, you can link it to Netlify, whatever platform you want to publish your content on. Here's an example of a website that went from basically zero to thousands of clicks per day using this. Here's another website, another one.
This website's grown from, what, from two clicks a day, all the way up to 83 clicks a day, which is pretty crazy. And then here's another website as well, and that's grown from zero clicks a day, all the way up to 41 clicks a day. And you can see the trajectory of each of these websites too, like it actually works. Now, you can see here that it's routing the current task.
I want to know if it's actually working, which is what I'm going to do inside Hermes. So just to double check on this, and this is what I mean, like you have to be, you have to check this stuff and just make sure it's actually working. So you can see it's routing the task over here. I'm going to go back into Hermes now.
I'm going to say I gave this task to Hermes Workspace. It's been on routing for a while. Is it working? In the meantime, what we can actually do is take that prompt, and we can plug that in here.
So if you want to get the prompt, it's here. So you can see Hermes is just checking in on it right now. So this is what I call the swarm system for AI SEO. And it's a new paradigm for building out blogs and that sort of thing.
Most people will use AI like a calculator. The swarm system uses it like a full-time team, right? So most people who try to blog do the same thing. They open up chat.gpt, they type, write me a blog post, they get something generic, and they publish it.
It's not very good, right? Nothing really happens. This system is different because it uses multiple AI agents, each with specific jobs, working together inside Hermes agent, like a real team, right? And it runs 24-7.
So you can have one agent that handles the strategy, one that starts writing your blog posts, one that actually automates it, one that ranks the content and optimizes every post for search engines, and then one that actually multiplies it, right? So one that can actually take your content and multiply it and create multiple blog posts. Let me show you an example. So with Agent Swarms, we actually created this full website, as you can see right here, with posts ready to go.
It creates it all in Markdown locally using Agent Swarms. So we've got the competitor gap analysis here. We have the SEO content brief, the 90-day content calendar, the editorial calendar, full blog posts as well. These are written in Markdown.
So if you go down to Markdown Live Preview, you can actually see what the blog post looks like, and it looks pretty good. And then it can actually deploy that as well for you, which is pretty cool. So here's an example, right? You see how inside the chat here, we've given it a prompt, and then it actually went off and built out the full Hermes blog, like you can see, right?
It's using multiple Hermes agent workers to complete the task. So we've got the triage agent over here, we have the Q&A agent, et cetera, and they're all working together to just build out this project for us directly. And if you want to see an example of that, you can see how Hermes has deployed this website that it built to Netlify. So you can see this full blog that it's created here, and it's basically said done, here's the live URL, here's what I did, here's the local files for that, and then it's created like a full guide and step-by-step blogs, right?
So everything you can see here was created with an agent swarm and a team working together. And so it's pretty powerful to do this. It's not that easy to get the agent swarm section running, but once it's running, it's super powerful. And if you do have any problems, you can just go back into Hermes, ask it to fix that for you, and it can sync everything together, which is pretty nice.
And then once you've done that, you can actually link it to Netlify, right? So you can see here, it says, here's what I did. I rebuilt the local ASIO site, I switched it to static export so it could deploy cleanly, deployed it to Netlify, and then verified that the homepage loads, the sub-pages load, et cetera. And then if you want, next I can put it on a cleaner custom domain, rename the Netlify site, or add analytics and CTAs throughout the website, right?
So that's the way that I would do it. And then if you wanted to optimize it for conversions as well, you just want to add like multiple CTAs throughout the page. So for example, here, you can see that we have on this website, a link to the community. We have call-outs throughout the page as well.
And then we have related readings as well, right? And so everything is optimized, so it's like really clean, easy to use. You wouldn't get confused using it because it's a super clean page you land on. It's got nice tables as well.
And everything is written persuasively inside the prompt to make it like direct response style as well, which is pretty nice. And so that's how we basically set this up to work as well as we can. Let's talk about some limiting beliefs that might hold you back here. So some people say blogging takes too long, right?
But the cool thing about this is with this system, Hermes writes these posts for you in like minutes or an hour, not months, right? So you're not the writer in the system. You're just a director and the agents do the writing and you give them the instructions inside the agent swarm. I've heard people say, I'm not a good enough writer to run a blog, but you actually don't need to write a single word, right?
Hermes agent handles all of it. You just review what it produces and it can publish automatically for you, right? So I didn't write any of this content. I just gave the agent the keyword, some context, and then it goes off and builds it.
Sensors, this is what I don't like about workspace and dashboard seems to break all the time. It can be a little bit temperamental, particularly when you're doing it in a sort of rush video format like I am. But at the same time, it's super powerful stuff. And you can see it actually works with the examples, right?
You can see here, it's pulling in the swarm details inside Hermes workspace as well. Other people say AR content doesn't rank. Actually, this content is way better than the content that I used to write myself, right? It reads better, it's nicer, it's more interesting.
It's less fluffy, it's simpler to scan and read through, and it's nicer formatted too. So that's what I really like about this. So just to recap on this, how does it work together? Basically, you go to Hermes workspace, you plug in the prompt that you have for the website idea that you have, and then from here, it can go off and build it, and then you're good to go, right?
And that's basically how it works. Now, we actually have a full guide on this stuff and how it's set up right here, as you can see. In terms of the framework, the steps for implementing it, how it all works together, the limiting beliefs that we covered, the separate agents you can build with prompts, and then we also have a 30-day roadmap for really implementing it, right? Which you can see right here inside the guide, and 100 prompts that you can use with Hermes and SEO, right?
So for example, identifying the best keywords, what are the most common questions, et cetera. And bear in mind, you don't have to use Hermes Swarm. So you could just use Hermes directly if you wanted to. If it's basic stuff, like for example, keywords, you can just go directly into Hermes and get some ideas here, right?
So for example, we could say, okay, list 10 long tail keywords with low competition, high search intent, niche equals AI automation, and then it will find a bunch of keywords for you right there. Josiah says, hi, good to see you. Bane says, I started my plumbing company, very small. I'm looking into this as a way to take on my website.
Yeah, like Hermes is super powerful. You can see it's found a bunch of keywords for us right here, but also, if we go back to that other tab, you can see that it can build and deploy websites directly for us, right? And then it just builds them directly and puts them on Netlify, which you can see right here. So it's really powerful for this sort of stuff, especially if you have the right prompts and that sort of thing.
So we have a full guide for that inside the AI Profit Boardroom, inside the AI SEO automation section. Even just the fact that it's got that game built in is really cool. So I prefer Hermes Workspace personally, but they're all good tools. And they all continue to get better as well there, by the way. Supporter says, sub Goldie, going strong.
Yes, definitely. All right, thanks for joining.
