What if you could run 100 AI agents at the same time, all working on your SEO, all for free as an agent swarm? That's exactly what I want to show you today. Right now, most people are using AI like a single assistant, one agent, one task, one result. But today I want to show you how to run a full swarm of AI agents working together as a team.
We're talking a researcher, a writer, a builder, a reviewer, all running at the same time, getting stuff done in parallel. I'm also going to show you how to do this with two free tools, Rufflow Inside Cloud Code and Hermes Agent Workspace. And when you combine these two together, which I'll show you in just a second, you get something that feels like having a whole SEO agency working for you 24 seven. We're talking full websites built for you, full content strategies, full keyword plans, all handed to you automatically.
This is the exact same setup I've been using to grow websites at the same time, which I'll show you the results of in this video. If you've ever felt like SEO is just too slow or too complicated, this changes everything. Let's get into it. So today what we're going to be focusing on is agentic swarm, AI SEO.
And this is using two different tools. So you can use Rufflow Inside Cloud Code. And this basically gives you the power of like a hundred AI agents that you can orchestrate and use as an SEO team to automate whatever you want to do in SEO. So that could be building a website.
It could be coming up with a content strategy. It could be scheduling the next hundred blogs for the next 90 days. For example, right? It could be creating a massive competitor gap analysis across all your clients.
And basically what you can see here is that you can orchestrate 100 agents. This is far different from using Cloud Code normally where you don't get the full power of that. You might get like one or two sub agents occasionally, but you're never going to get a full orchestration plan like with Rufflow. So this is pretty wild.
So let me show you an example of how this works. And by the way, this is just what works for me. You can see an example of a website here, here, here, and here, right? I mean, look at the trajectory of that website.
It's popping off, right? And so the way that we can get results like this is using agentic SEO. And if you can combine multiple agents working in tandem together, they're going to be 10 times more powerful or a hundred times more powerful if you've got a hundred agents, right? And the other cool thing about Rufflow specifically is it has something called specialists, right?
So what this means is basically you have different AI agents inside the pack that all have different skills. As you can see right here, there's some for like memory knowledge, there's some for swarms, et cetera. There's all sorts of different plugins for different types of doing stuff, right? You even have like a Rufflow loop workers, which means you can schedule background tasks on a timer, right?
With Claude code. So it's super powerful. Now, if you want to get this installed, literally all you do is you copy and paste the commands from the quit start section here, right? So you copy and paste this, you go into your terminal, install it.
It'll take about five, 10 minutes. And that's basically it. Once you've done that, then you can come into Claude code and you say like, are you using Rufflow? And the other way whilst we're waiting for that to be done is we are going to go on to Hermes workspace, right?
So Hermes workspace, but basically what it does is it uses Hermes agent and essentially allows you to use like agentic swarms inside Hermes agent. Let me show you an example of that, right? So if we go inside a new tab here, we'll run Hermes. Hermes, if you're not familiar with it, it is the most popular AI agent in the world right now, actually.
It just overtook OpenCore like today, which is crazy. And so we've Hermes agent, you can do normal stuff. You can, you can create content, you can publish your websites, whatever, but why don't we make it more fun and get an agentic swarm to work together? Right?
So for example, with Hermes workspace recently and with agentic swarms, I actually had a team of like 25 agents working on a full website and they just published it for me. Let me show an example of that. Right? So this is a full website that we built and you know, it's all internally linked.
All the content is created, super easy and simple to do. And we just got a swarm of agents to create this content, right? Even the fact that it's just nicely formatted better than, you know, a human would do, right? And so the way that we can use these swarms, we can go inside here and say, okay, create a team of agents to build out a blog plus keyword, a blog about AI automation.
And then the CTA should be this on every page, right? You can do something like that. Now bear in mind, like when you're doing this, obviously I'm doing it on the spot, right? But you would basically spend a bit more time just crafting the prompt to really thinking about what do you need to automate in SEO to help you.
So for me, for example, I want to link to this page. So we're going to copy that. We're gonna go back inside here. I'm going to paste this link and then paste that in.
But some examples of better prompts, you know, if you have more time, for example, is you could go over to Ruffalo and I would take this like, so I would paste that in here. I would say, give me some agentic swarm prompts to help grow a new website with AI SEO. And you can ask Claude to help you on that. And he'll actually give you a bunch of ideas for prompts that you can generate.
All right. So you can see here that it's actually given us a bunch of ideas. So for example, like it could be a site audit in quick wins, right? Launch a swarm of five agents to audit this website for SEO.
And then you've got one agent that crawls the pages, one that identifies internal links, one that checks core vitals, one that pulls existing backlinks, and one that synthesizes findings into a quick win report, right? That's something you could easily use with Claude code. So it's building this out and then we can also do this in workspace. I'm going to say launch Hermes workspace.
So I've already installed Hermes workspace, but if you don't have it already, just make sure you have Hermes agent installed and then make sure you have Hermes workspace installed. If you don't know how to install Hermes workspace, just follow the quick start instructions right here. Another way that you could use this, you could use it to build a topical authority map, right? So you can say, okay, runner an agent swarm to build a full topical authority for insert niche.
And then agent one identifies the 10 core pillar topics with highest search volume and buyer intent, right? Agent two for each pillar, generate 20 supporting cluster topics using semantic keyword expansion, right? That sort of thing. By the way, if you want help on doing stuff like this, feel free to book in a free SEO strategy session at goldie.agency.
We can look at your website, help you set up, et cetera. Um, and we can give you a free one-to-one SEO strategy session that shows you how to rank your website. You'll discover the secrets SEO link building, right? So any questions you have one-to-one on that call and you'll learn the best link building strategies for your website.
So Hermes workspace is up now. We're just going to check that out and then we can come back to our team, right? So you can see here that we're using Ruffalo to help us. So it's building out a HTML website.
It's spawned a four agent team right now. So you've got the architect, the coder, the tester, and the reviewer, and then these agents can talk to each other, right? And you can see the status of them here. So you've got the agent, role, the status, right?
And so that's how you can basically get these agents to help each other. So the architect is going to design the blog structure. The coder is going to build all the blog files. The tester is going to validate all pages and links and the reviewer will do the final quality and polish passes for that website as well.
Some other examples of what you could do here. So it could be, for example, like creating all your content. So you could say, okay, spawn a content production swarm for your target keyword list, right? So you could have a list of like 50 keywords that you paste in.
And then you've got agent one that's a researcher. So that can like research, Google, look at the keywords, look at what people are asking related searches and top five ranking page outlines. Then you've got an agent two that's a strategist. So decides the content format per keyword list, school guide, comparisons, tool pages, et cetera.
Agent three is the writer. So drafts for SEO optimized articles for each keyword using EAT signals, proper heading, hierarchies, and FAQ schema markups. And then agent four is the optimizer, right? Reviews each draft against search intent, adds missing entities, titans, meta titles, and descriptions, right?
So, I mean, you could say if you, if you wanted to go like crazy mode, you could say, okay, give me some prompts for 100 agents swarms. And then, you know, that way you can actually build something out of this even bigger, right? You could say, okay, spawn a a hundred agent parallel audit swarm for, you know, and then you, you insert the details here and just fill in the blanks, which is pretty cool. So we've got Hermes workspace set up here.
Let's just log in. And the way that this works is again, you can use agent swarms and you just go over to the swarm section inside here, right? And this is where you can type in your mission. And you can see here, we have 17 workers ready for planning, routing, reports, et cetera.
And we can type in the mission over here. We can select one agent broadcast or just have an auto mode. Auto will basically decide how many agents we need. And then you'll see here all your different agents and profiles right here.
Right. And that's super powerful. I mean, for example, we actually had a team of agents that created this full website. As I've shown you before, you can see all the files right here, right?
Now, if we scroll up in terms of the actual prompt, we just said swarm orchestra dispatch, plug in all the details of the swarm, what it's going to work on, what it's going to do, et cetera. And then it just started off going and implementing that for us, right? Creating the code for the website, generating the whole website and then going off and doing that pretty powerful stuff. You know, when you've got a team of 25 agents working or even just a small team of like four agent experts working on an SEO plan, or even when you're doing both at the same time.
So we could have one inside Hermes and then we could have this one running inside Claude, super powerful stuff, right? Basically makes you unstoppable. And you're going to save so much time doing that. So that is exactly how to create swarms of SEO teams and agents that work together and get stuff done faster than most agents.
You can see here actually ticks off the task once it is completed. So we actually built an SEO website and we built out an AI SEO content strategy for that website too, which is pretty nice. And so if you want to get a full guide on exactly how this works, I'll plug that into the AI Profit Boardroom. Bear in mind, like, you know, some people say, well, AI SEO is just for big companies right now, but AI SEO is really the great equalizer, you know, because for the first time in history, a solo entrepreneur with a laptop can deploy, you know, the same research and content power as a 50 person marketing agency.
That's the difference, right? You have access to the tools, um, super cheap right now. We've, you know, you can even get free APIs and obviously Hermes agent itself is free as well. It's an open source project.
So it's pretty crazy stuff. I mean, other people say, well, I'm not technical enough to use AI agents. You don't install engines to drive a car, right? Rufflo is a tool you can install once.
Same with Hermes. After that, you type plain English instructions, just like texting a friend. The agents handle every technical decision underneath the surface. If you can type a sentence, you can run an AI swarm, right?
Other people say, well, SEO takes too long to be worth it. Actually SEO takes long when it's done slowly, but if you have a hundred agents running simultaneously, work that used to take six months can be implemented in six weeks, right? The rankings still take time to appear. That's Google's timeline.
But I mean, you can check, for example, when we started using Hermes, which was in February, that's when our traffic started growing. The same with this website, same with this website, right? It didn't take long to get them ranking. It was pretty powerful stuff.
So that's basically, if you want a full step-by-step guide on how to do that, you can get that inside the AI Profit Boardroom link in the comments, or go to the aiprofitboardroom.com.
