NEW Claude Ultracode is INSANE!

Claude Opus 4.8 UltraCode: Build a 12-Agent SEO Swarm That Creates Your Website SEO in One Prompt

The script explains Claude Opus 4.8’s new UltraCode and dynamic workflow system, showing how a “Goldie Ranking Swarm” can split SEO into parallel work by a dozen (up to 100) sub-agents that research winnable keywords, map topic pillars, write and internally link pages, audit quality, and present progress live on a swarm map. It demonstrates automated keyword research, a 12-week content plan, and complete SEO-optimized websites generated from a single prompt, all organized in a workspace that preserves outputs and run history. The speaker argues this replaces the slow, tool-switching solo SEO process with an orchestrated agent team, recommends swarms for large SEO projects, and promotes an agent operating system with shared memory (via an Obsidian knowledge base) available through the AI Profit Boardroom, plus a free SEO strategy session at goldie.agency.

Claude just dropped Opus 4.8 and buried inside it is something called Ultra Code and a new dynamic workflow system. I want to point to the SEO, it actually blew my mind. Imagine typing one instruction and then watching a team of 12 AI agents fan out and build your entire website's SEO all at the same time whilst you watch it happen live on a map. That's a Goldie ranking swarm system and it just became possible because of what Claude Ultra Code shipped this week.

One agent finds the keywords so you can win, another maps your topics, another writes the pages, another checks everything before it reaches you. So you have a full SEO team running at once, powered by the brand new Agent Swarm system from Claude. I'm going to show you how to set up today step by step and stay until the end because there's one thing you have to do first or none of this works. Let's get into it.

So here's an example of what we've built here and this is using the new Ultra Code mode from Claude Opus 4.8 and essentially we've got a whole team of SEO agents working together with Claude being the orchestrator. Now what does that mean in practice? Well essentially we actually built out all of this keyword research automated in a beautiful format. You know, you could do this for yourself, for your websites, even for clients and you can see how powerful it is.

Look how beautiful the full research is. It's actually mapped out the pillars and basically we had sub-agents map out the whole process and the keyword. Not just that, but it designed it into this beautiful layout that's easy to organize with a full content plan for two weeks, sorry, 12 weeks. And here's another website actually built out using this process.

So we open this up and the cool thing about this is we actually organized it inside a workspace so that we can see everything that we've previously created and come back to it. And you can see here, for example, we have this full website beautifully designed with content. The blog has been fully created. It's been designed.

It looks beautiful. It's easy to read, etc. Easy to scan through. And you can see all of the blog posts we've created right here.

And so a whole website optimized for SEO created in just one single prompt with a mission, right? And so I'm going to break down exactly how this works step-by-step today for you using the Goldie Ranking Swarm method. So this is basically like having a whole team of AI agents that rank your website. And this is only available with the new Ultra Code system that's been set up with Claude today.

So basically you can type one instruction, then you watch a dozen AI agents go off, build out your whole SEO at once. One can find the keywords, one can do the content, and you basically have a swarm of AI agents all building something magnificent together. The cool thing about this is if you learn to implement it, then not only can you use it for SEO, but you could use it for anything in your business. So the crazy thing as well about this is SEO used to be a one-person job, right?

Now it's a whole team. And with this new ability called Ultra Code that just landed inside Claude Opus and Claude Code today, instead of having one AI helper doing your SEO one slow step at a time, it can now do a whole job and split one big task into multiple sub-agents who will help at once, as you can see right here. So depending on the complexity of the task and how big it is, it will generate agents. You can actually have up to a hundred sub-agents working at once.

And so in Anthropx and Word, Claude dynamically writes orchestration scripts that run tens to hundreds of parallel sub-agents in a single session, checking its work before anything reaches you. And so, you know, before SEO used to take a lot of weeks. You find keywords in one tool, map topics in a spreadsheet, write each post by hand. Then you have to wire in the internal links.

Then you check the technical SEO. Then you wait months to see if it's actually ranked, right? It's one person doing 10 jobs, one slow step at a time. With this ranking swarm system, you can type one instruction and generate a dozen agents at once.

So this is the prompt that we actually used right here. It's just one sentence and that's it. And then your agents will research, map, write, link, and audit all at the same time inside this system. And also the other cool thing about this is other agents actually try to poke holes in the work before you even see it.

So the SEO that would normally take weeks, even if you're using AI because you're switching between all these different tools, you've got in one beautiful system. Now I've actually helped loads of people with AI automation inside our communities like the AI Profit Boarding. But the main thing is that if you're watching this, you've seen one person commanding a whole SEO team at once. So the next few minutes will show you exactly how the swarm ranks a website.

But here's the deal. Promise yourself one thing today, you'll finish this guide and you'll learn how to build AI agent swarms today. Because the moment you make the switch, your SEO changes for good. You stop doing 10 jobs alone.

You start running a team that does it all for you and you are the commander. Because from what I see, the people sitting still are about to get outranked by folks running swarms. And the people out today are the ones who will look back and say that's when my rankings took off. Obviously you want to be one of those people.

And the great thing about this is you can actually track what you've done previously, what you've built, how you've built it, everything that's been created. You can see the whole history inside the chat. We can actually continue running the task or building out more sub-agents inside the chat here. And this is something I've built into a system.

You could build your own mission control like this. Obviously if you were just using Claude itself inside the terminal, that wouldn't be anywhere near as easy to manage. Whereas this system is super powerful because you've got everything you've created in one place. You've got ultra code right here.

You've got the chat here if you need to. And also you can switch on ultra code inside the chat if you need to too. And so if you look at this, the old way of doing SEO alone, you open a keyword tool, you guess what you can rank for, you map topics by hand in a spreadsheet, you write every post yourself or paper article, you wire internal links yourself, you check the technical SEO yourself, you wait to find out if it's ranked. And the result is like slow generic content even if you're using AI to help you along the way.

The new way is that you type one job into the agent operating system, a dozen SEO agents start working all at once, all at the same time. One can find winnable keywords, another maps the topics, others write the pages, others add the internal links, and you watch the whole team on a map live. And the result is a full SEO plan with pages checked, created, plugged into a beautiful website that you've created from scratch. You've got all your keyword research mapped out.

You can even, for example, create beautiful diagrams like this. And then it generates a website itself, right? Pretty crazy. And look how beautifully formatted this is as well.

Like even when we scroll down, it just feels and looks nice. It's got the internal links as you can see right here as well. So some people as well, they're going to say, you know, SEO Swarms sounds like it's just for big teams or super technical people. Actually it's the opposite, right?

A solo operator with this swarm does the work of a whole SEO team. And so you just type the job in plain words, the team does the hard part, right? And anyone can do it right now because you're just talking to the agent with a simple prompt. So you just give it the mission and then all of these other agents start working for you.

And so when you're doing this as well, basically when you give your agents a mission, right? Your helper sits in the middle as a conductor and then around it, every SEO agent appears as a glowing dot. And each one actually lights up as it's actually working in real time. And so you can see how powerful this is.

Each of these agents is doing a real job. You can also see how long the task took, how many tokens it used, how many agents worked on it. And the other cool thing about this is if you're using ultra code, the team actually checks his own work, right? And this is what makes it better because the swarm doesn't just do the work, it checks the work, right?

So for example, you can have an agent that audits the content, make sure it's quality controlled, make sure it's not generic, make sure it's internally linked properly. And so, you know, usually AISEO content is quite thin and generic. It's not useful. But if you look at this content, it's very in depth, answers the question and answer it in a way where it's super useful, right?

And so some people say, well, AIS content isn't good, but actually that's exactly why the swarm has an inspector. So one agent's job is to catch thin, generic or unoptimized work and send it back. So the pages or the blogs or the content you create only ships once it's actually good, not just fast. And then the other cool thing about this is you have the workspace, right?

So if you actually wanted Claude to build this out for you into a beautiful workspace like you can see, you can just ask it directly. You could even use ultra code to actually help you. But the great thing about this is you can see everything that you've built previously, right? So when a dozen agents build out your SEO, well, where does it all land?

In your workspace, which is just a tidy space that holds everything the team made, right? The keyword map, the topic plan, the pages, the 90 day calendar of content, et cetera. And so you can click any item and see it right there. And, you know, if you're saying like I was a few weeks ago, I always lose track of what I made with my AI agents.

Well, with this, you never do again, right? Because the workspace keeps every output and every run in one place. You open it, you've got your whole SEO build sitting right there, ready to publish, ready to go. Now you might be saying, okay, how do you use it?

So if you want to use the traditional route, which is, you know, just inside Claude code, then you can just tell it to use a dynamic workflow to actually create content or work on whatever SEO task you have. The other option that you have is you can actually switch on workflows. I honestly think the best way to get the most out of this from what I've seen so far is to have an agent operating system built out, right? Because then you've also got the shared memory.

If you haven't seen this before, essentially we've got all of our memories built into a beautiful knowledge base with Obsidian. It's something I call the infinite context engine, where basically we have all of our memory stored, and then we can use that to organize it into a knowledge graph, and then we can plug that into Claude, UltraCode, into Hermes, anything that we want. And so every agent already knows your business, your customers, your voice, and because the whole system reads from one shared brain, the SEO content actually sounds like you. It's not just generic.

Also, if you have a system like this, then you can watch the swarm map. You can see how many agents have been created. You can see how long the tasks actually took, and you can see everything you've built previously. Plus, you've got your whole team in one place, right?

You've got Claude, you've got Hermes, you've got OpenClaw, you've got Gemini, etc. So on its own, UltraCode is a powerful engine with an agent operating system. It's a team that you can see, you can review, and you can keep. Now, you also might say, okay, does SEO actually work?

Does AICO work, etc? So you can see an example of this website here, and its trajectory. This is one of my websites, and another one right here. So these websites perform really well when you have good systems in place for AICO.

And so you might be asking, okay, when would you use UltraCode, and when would you just use Claude normally? So I would recommend that you use a swarm for big SEO jobs, right? Building out a whole site strategy, a fresh blog, a giant content plan. For a quick question, normal chat is fine, right?

That's the whole rule. And here's the thing worth sitting with, is the people who learn to run an SEO swarm now, whilst it's brand new, are going to be miles ahead when everyone else catches up. So every site you rank with a swarm makes you better at running more swarms, and that skill keeps building on itself. Now, most people will read about UltraCode, think, oh, that's cool, but just keep grinding on their SEO alone, right?

You don't want to be like that. So just to recap, you learned how to create a whole team of agents, you learned how to automate your keyword research, how to actually quality control everything you use. You can see the magic happening with a swarm map. You never lose your work because you can store it in a workspace.

And so with one instruction in, you can build a whole SEO team out, right? That's a ranking swarm. If you want to get my system for doing this, you can set this up yourself, but if you want mine, you can get it inside the AIProfit Boardroom. Link in the comments description, or go to the aiprofitboardroom.com.

And if you want a whole SEO team working for you, not just another tool that you check now and then, grab the Agent Operating System.
