NotebookLM SEO System: Rank #1 in Hours

Today, I want to show you how to rank number one using a powerful system directly on Google and also inside AI overviews. So if we have a look, for example, at this particular topic, this is the keyword on Google, and you can see us ranking here multiple times at the top of the page, and then also over here, we're ranking with this particular keyword inside Google AI overviews. And also inside the normal organic listings too. So ranking multiple times for that particular keyword.

And I want to show you the system that we use for doing this. You can also see that we have ranking directly inside AI mode for this particular keyword as well. So if we've made the same search, you can see that our page is ranking over here too. So how are we doing this?

How are we getting our content ranked multiple times? Well, this is something I call the total rank system. And this is a whole SEO task that we used to have a full team doing for us. And now it's run by our agent operating system.

So it's one single system. And with this whole setup, you can find the keyword. You can build the missing page. You can turn it into a video and a podcast.

You can get it indexed same day. I'll show you how in a second. And then it also helps you rank multiple times for number one across Google and AI answers as well. So we've got one keyword and we pretty much rank everywhere.

You know, we can rank across all these different platforms using this system. So how does it work? Well, essentially what we have is we have an agent OS system over here. This is a full dashboard we've created and we can actually find keywords for our topic that we have impressions for.

So Google knows that we're in authority for that topic, but we don't have a dedicated page for, and therefore not getting any clicks. And those are content gaps. So we have a look, for example, we can filter by no clicks and high impressions. And if we look through the list, you can see that there's several pages here that we could create content around for this particular topic to help us rank for this particular setup.

Right. And that's basically how we'll find in new keywords and new opportunities. Now, this all comes down to something I call the invisible page problem. If you open up your search console, you'll see it keywords you show up for hundreds of times and impressions, impressions climbing, but sometimes the clicks are very flat.

And so Google is showing your site for a search you never wrote a real page for. And so you sit on page two, you don't get into the AI overviews, nobody clicks, that traffic goes to someone else. Meanwhile, you could easily create a page for this in an automated way that saves you a lot of time. And also the AI answers, if you're not doing this, you know, for example, Google AI overviews, PlexiChat, GPT, they would end up recommending a competitor.

And so every time you don't do this, when you're missing out on the system, you're also missing out on that traffic inside Google and also inside your AI overviews and then a competitor just comes along and takes that content, which is crazy. And so you become invisible in the exact places that people now decide who to trust. The total rank system fixes that for good. And, you know, some people say SEO takes months.

I don't have time for this. The old way did, but actually with this system, we're actually going to show you how I rank number one within hours by getting our content indexed very quickly and finding gaps. Now here's the whole idea in a few plain words. First, you would find a search where you already show up for and get no clicks.

How do that? You, I created a custom made system for this. You can create a system, you know, you could build it yourself and you can get, for example, your websites and Google search console, and then you can get the AI agent to filter by no clicks, by high impressions. That's exactly what we did.

But the whole point is that you find the gaps and then you create content across every surface for that missing gap. And also bear in mind, like when you're creating that content, you can rank multiple places inside the AI overviews. You can rank an image, you can rank a video, you know, it's a really powerful system.

And so when we're looking at this, you find potential keywords, aka the leaks you're not really ranking for, we're getting impressions for, you fill the page so you can actually automate the page. Let me show you an example of missing action. So if we have a look at this particular, we were, let's say, for example, we found this keyword. Well, we can click on user topic, type in the keyword, plug in a case study.

So it's got information gain and it's new and useful content. Hit generate five articles, and then it will actually auto deploy that to our websites right here. Now, the way that I've set this up, there's two ways you can do this. There's many different ways, but the two ways that I like to do this, number one, you can use something like Netlify and Netlify will deploy the content and then rank it, or the other option that you have is you can use WordPress.

You can get the login details and the API access token from WordPress. It's free to do, easy to do. And then you can give it to your AI agents to publish your content. And what you'll see is it posts these articles across one, two, three, four, five different websites when we're using this system, and then we can see everything that was deployed and our history of the content we've created.

So we can check it back later. I think that's great as well, because then you have a system and you can come back to it and you can understand, okay, here, I've created content about this, about that, blah, blah, blah. So you can see, for example, we've targeted this keyword Hermes installation. So if we have a look at that particular keyword, and we're looking for our content, you can see that the article that we've created with the system is already on the first page.

We only created that at the end of June. It's already on the first page for that particular keyword. It's ranking and it was fully automated, formatted, published to the website without me logging into the website using this system. Why did I create a content page about this particular topic?

Because we were getting impressions, but no clicks because we didn't have a dedicated page for it. How did I create the content itself? I use this whole system, which you're seeing right now. You also might wonder, okay, is there like a skill behind this or how is the AI agent figuring out what to write about, how to format it so beautifully and how to create the page itself?

So you can see here, for example, if we look through the page, like it feels very natural in the way that it's written. We've got a nice headline. We have the content itself SEO optimized. We have a nice case study embedded on the page.

We have CTAs to the pages that we want to drive traffic to, which is great. Then we've also got nicely formatted headings, just step-by-step instructions, nice tables, everything's formatted beautifully, internal links. You know, it is just like the perfectly optimized blog page. You even have the FAQs at the bottom and we have internal links as well.

So how are we doing this? Well, we have this SEO skill, as you can see here, and this is very, very detailed so that the AI basically quality controls and loops around to check its own work and make sure it's actually good. And so this is baked into the system and you just need to plug into the API and then you can publish content for, you know, it'll work for any industry pretty much. So if you look at like the old way, like, and that is the SEO grind is the old way.

And believe me, I've spent many years in doing the SEO grind. You would spend weeks trying to do something like this because you dig through a keyword tool. You guess what you can write for, and it's not personalized to you. Then you'd write one page yourself or hire a writer to do it for you.

You'd never make the video because that's way too much work. You'd never make the podcast either. You'd wait weeks for keywords to even crawl it. You'd show up nowhere in the answers.

That's the old way. With this new system, Search Console hands you the keywords, which you can see right here. So you can discover quickly, okay, these are the leaks. These are the pages I need to create.

Then we have the pipeline that will generate the content itself, but we also have something called the video agent over here, and this can generate video content for us very quickly by avatar as you can see, nice B-roll, nice edits, et cetera, and we've created many of these pages. You use it, you just type in your prompt over here, and then you select how long you want the video to be, you can select whether you want the presenter or the voiceover, what agent you want to create the B-roll, and everything else is decided from there, right? Really simple and easy. And then everything you create, if you want everyone to come back to it, it's inside this section, so we can see and preview everything we've created, right?

Beautiful. That is really, really powerful. Then we also have the Notebook LEM plugged into here. So Notebook LEM is a powerful system where you can generate like infographics, you can generate images for free, you can also generate podcasts for free, you can generate short videos as well, for free as well.

And so with this podcast system, if you want it to rank everywhere for this particular keyword, you create the podcast, you create the infographic, you create the video, you create the content, right? And then you can rank everywhere in just a few clicks using this full system. Now, the way that we actually connected Notebook LEM inside the agent OS is we used an MCP, so we used a Notebook LEM MCP to connect that, and one thing that is very, very important, this plays a huge part into the whole system, is that we have Indexceptional in there too. Now with Indexceptional, this can help your content get indexed very quickly.

Why is that important? Because if you're creating a lot of content, and this is a lot of content you're creating with one single keyword, you need it to be indexed quickly on Google, and you need to make sure that actually gets indexed on Google, otherwise it will never be found. No AI will ever find it, Google won't find it, et cetera. So how do we get this content indexed so quickly when we create a lot of it?

Basically, we have the API plugged into the system from Indexceptional, which is a really powerful indexing tool to do all this for you, and that's how we do it. And then you rank across Google, AI overviews, everywhere else. Now, you might say, okay, AI pages, doesn't Google dislike that? I think we're well beyond that right now.

If you look at Google, they tend to prefer to show on most searches, Google AI overviews. Why? Because AI content in the right way, if you have the right methods, so for example, we showed you that huge SEO skill that we created earlier, when you've got a quality control system, content, because it's written better, right? And Google doesn't care whether it's AI content or not.

What it cares about is how good is the content itself. It's all about the quality. And that's what we're doing right here. And this way you can rank on every single surface at once, right?

So if we look at the total rank system, there's five layers to it, and this is the whole system. So you can find keywords, you feel the leak with the content, you can multiply it with the video, the infographics, the podcast, everything else, you index it. So that's step number four. And every new URL is submitted for same day crawling.

So when AI answers, pick it up fast using index exceptional API, and then you rank it, right, and you rank multiple times. So this is the whole system, as you can see, really, really powerful. Now you also might say, okay, doesn't building a system like this, doesn't it use up a lot of tokens? So you can use free APIs if you prefer.

We actually have systems for free APIs. So you can use free AI coders, like for example, or Omniroot or LocalModel. So you have three, three different options that you can use for creating a ranking content for SEO. And also NotebookLM itself is free as well.
